Gyokeres has really improved in his positioning ; he's also been playing well with ball at his feet than when he just arrived earlier in the season.

Hoping this form will continue and lead us to amassing as much points as possible till final day.

For me, it's not about his positioning but his resolve to stay on his feet and fight using his body well playing to the whistle not falling down with every body-check or touches... He needs to improve going forward, Ref in England rarely awards 50-50 or tussle...


Rice (MOTM for me) bar the mistake really played out his soul today as always and Mosquera pressing forced some errors from Spurs backline especially Spence...

Gyokeres can't win duels to save his life.

He should actually concentrate on playing the game rather than complaining to the Ref for every little touches on him... You are not here to do fine boy, always falling for every body-check

He's been playing Eze at 10 and he hasn't cover himself in glory at all. Remember the last match Saka played 10 and it was a good outing for the team. So u should understand why Saka was used as a 10 in this match considering we are even playing the lowest ranked team on the league table..

As regards taking Gyokeres off, if u noticed in the first half most of the balls that got to him were either drifting to the right or left and Gyokeres was struggling to dribble his way into the box. I believe the manager subbing him off for Jesus was because Jesus is actually a good dribbler who can move with the ball at his feet. Jesus even scored vs Wolves in the first leg after Gyokeres played rubbish in the same game.

We didn't start the match with the intention of loading aerial balls to our front man, so playing Gyokeres for the full match may seem like putting ourselves at disadvantage as at the team that decision was being made.

I honestly believe we were outdone by weak mentality in this match. The players were just too nervy and didn't get their acts together. All of the players we fielded today are capable of playing in a team that will drub Wolves as much as 4 unreplied goals, it was just the mentality with which they prosecute this match that is very stinking.

You captured it right, he (Gyokeres) couldn't control most of the passes getting to him leading to turnover of possession to Wolves... I would not blame the Manager for his substitution, he was ineffective...

Comparing Haaland to Gyokeres is like comparing panasonic to LG. I'm talking about fitness because the only reason he got subbed may be due to the spurs match. He could have finished the match yesterday and still play that spurs match.

The players are not really ready to win trophies. They're too relax and they always chicken out. Jover almost entered the field to fight them.

We don't need to be defending slim advantages with the talents we have got, the only reason we are still in the title race is down to our backline as I pointed out the last time the team general play has not improved from last season, it seems to be regressing for me especially with creativity...

People like Nelli, Tro would not start at Villa or Newcastle, we need an elite LW of Bayern's Diaz mold..

His subs today was laughable. Aside Trossard and Saka who had to be subbed, removing Gyokeres that early was diabolical. Haaland do play 90 minutes back to back now. Look at those Liverpool players despite their high energy tactic they do play. Look at Gravenbach. What's the excuse for removing Gyokeres?

I was actually not impressed with the lineup initially. I don't fancy this Saka at #10 stuff. Just play Eze at left 8 and Zubi on the right (at the worst)

Please don't put Haaland in same sentence as Gyokeres who was very ineffective today as always falling like brother Bernard, Saka put him through in the 1st half and he couldn't even execute a cross in with 3 players waiting in the box and even fumbled a simple back-pass back to Saka...There are many times his poor holdup play gifted possession to Wolves today...

I won't blame Arteta for hauling him off but would blame him for negative tactics of sitting off Wolves with only 2-1 advantage, we did same in the 1st leg and it almost burned us then against Sunderland, Liverpool etc... defending slim advantages against less fancy sides with all the talents at his disposal is indictable or an indictment...

We sat off Wolves in the 2nd half, one can't blame the likes of Carragher when he says we don't play like champions.... City has been uncharacteristically woeful but it seems we are still going to bottle the League for them...

Before today game, we gathered 12 points from 21 that's woeful for a championship chasing side...

Nah.. I don't think a coach would tell his players to stop shooting. Everything still boils down to decision making. Wenger was asked same question years ago and his reply shed light on this.

We are saying same thing that is what being non-committal means, Arteta said when asked after Sunderland match about shooting outside the D; "if the space is not in one place, it will be somewhere else" that is finding a player in best position to pass to is the 1st and best option for him...

Only Raya and Rice can hold their head high for their commendable performance today.

Every other person was just average and didn't do enough for us to get 3 points.

Even Raya was shaky and couldn't control his area whenever they have set-pieces to defend...his constant changing of position destabilise the defence settings a lot of times today... He did save us late in the1st half when Gyokeres couldn't control a simple pass that led to that fast break
