Visa!

Application submitted 22nd Nov 2020 (standard)
Biometric 25th Nov 2020
Decision mail 9th of Dec.
Collection mail 15th of Dec. 2020 at 11:39am (saw the mail at past 2)

It took me less than 9 mins from Ikoyi to get to TLS VI after I saw the mail (thank God the road was free)

Its funny how despite the fact that one is pretty sure that your application is solid and would come through, a part of you cant help but worry till you pick up the actual visa.

The next phase of worry is about to set in now: accomodation over there, bargain ticket, packing e.t.c

Am headed to Leeds Beckett, Had 1 US and 1 Uk denial declared.

Thanks @mimilyrics, @Lagosismyhome, @sandradee and everybody that has made this place a wealth of information and made all our application process seamless. May God bless una.

.
Congratulations!!

Ehen! Thank you hosey. I was just going to point out to OP that Social care and Social work isn't the same.

Gurus in the house, I appreciate all you’ll are doing here. God bless you guys. please I need to make a decision between Leeds Beckett University -Jan 2021(Health and safety which is accredited by iosh) and Teesside- Sept 2020 (health and social care but NOT accredited by HCPC bearing in mind that to be a social worker, one needs to be certified ). In terms of school, which city is relatively cheap to settle in, life after school, job availability etc as the goal is to remain in the U.K. after studies. Thanks
The problem is with my first degree (Environmental Management) and Work experience also in the same field, most schools are not giving me admission in social work as I’m not qualified.

Good day guys. Thanks for all the detailed information and guidance on here, it’s highly appreciated. Please I got an offer from Leeds Beckett University to study Msc Health and Safety. Anyone knows anything about the school, course or the city? If there are jobs, the cost of living? If the course is in high demand? Etc Because the end goal is to stay back after studies. I will appreciate any advice pls. Thanks and God bless us all.
