Hello Everyone ,
Please myself and my spouse did our biometrics on 21st july and we are yet to get a decision till now..i did paid call on monday and tuesday still waiting decision was asked to escalate today which i did this morning but don’t know if it went through because the call ended twice and didn’t have money to recharge again ..But got an empty Nsf on wednesday.Please house what could be the problems and is there still hopes for us?I am loosing my mind

Well sis, do u work in a Banks Contact centre where u pick an average of of 80 calls for shift, if no, then u are just lounging where u work(that is if you work in a contact centre).

Looool @ u I work in a telecoms coy I pick @ 128 and more during day shift and I pick 228 and more during night shift,,so my dear u havent done anything just 80calls..dats y I was asking for how flexible it is and meanwhile some people pick more o...

Says who Banks' contact centres are very stressful more than telecom's call centre. Just know how to multitask well. My 2 cent cos you'll be required to use different applications, send mail, log and still give appropriate details to customer or resolve complaint or escalate as the case may be. FYI, theres night shift but not every1 does it.

@toocoded aii sir,buh really its not thesame at all because u cannot compare a toll free call to the ones paid for..bank calls aint FOC so most people think before they call compared to telecoms where people call in for crazy ish...and they also raise request,trouble tickets and also escalate, telemarket, issues..then longer work hours plus everyone does night shift in the telecoms so it all balls to the fact that banking call centres are flexible.thanks sir

naija ppl no dey listen or abide 2 rule n true talk,I ve a guy working with them,I suppose to work with them self but because of cogent reason. the call centre is at jolayemi victoria island.lagos. nothing like shift. is Monday to friday 8am-5pm olodo. haaaaaaaaa naija hmmmmmmm I dey hail o.

How would there not be shift duty in any standard call centre today particularly a bank. Please get your facts right and not confuse people or maybe the people you know are team leads who sometimes don't work shifts

Can anyone tell me what it is like to work in access bank call centre, i. e, what their shift is like, how much they pay, if they run night shift, do they have health insurance and lastly how many hours they work per shift.
just want to find out guys, any one with answers to my questions should please help out. May God bless you all as you add to everyone's knowledge because am sure I am not the only one in dire need of these answers.

I bumped into this site or page on facebook that is the Canadian visa expert and I think I would like to know if it's a scam site or its for real...Because I sent a mail to verify how authentic it was or how their immigration services worked but my mail hung for 2 days and later failed. The website is www.canadianvisaexpert.com and they help people do assessment on their eligibility for the different Visas to enter canada with a service fee for both single and family
assessment. House please I need your responses on this and to know if any of you have come across this platform before and what your experiences are like.

its an interview.. They will ask u questions with options... U tick from the options and submit... Expect questions like u ar msbee and u applied for cleaner... How do u c urself in 5yrs time, ur answer should be convincing dat u want the job and u hope to be a head cleaner in 5yrs time....

NB: Drop pride and give them the answers they want without hesitating since the questions are marketing job related
