Hey guys,

Just to give you heads up and comfort that I've seen in the recruitment process so far. The interviews (phone & physical) are done in batches from the conversation I had with the HR person in Romania.. Because, I asked her why it takes long for some candidates to get to the next level and response was they've structured candidates into weeks and will all be contacted..

I know 2 people that just got phone interviewed just yesterday.. So, to all those that are yet to get an invite, brace up !!! Help is on the way..

By the way, their office is just so beautiful. Awesome ambiance and top notch work environment.. Infact, you'll wish you can grab a desk and start working LOL !!

To your question Ethel, oh yeah they've gotten back to me with great feedback...

Interesting Andrew !! I had an interview with the Financial Controller and one lady from legal Team and I could tell they interviewed more than10 people... For all those still waiting, fingers crossed as the assessment may be conducted in batches..

Also, they gave me heads up that Assessment centre is in 2 days time. All the very best guys !!!

Yes I did. I also applied for the EMDP, or what do they call it again. They didn't shortlist me though.

I know what I'm saying. No one has been contacted. Efforts to reach them ended in them saying that the 'recruitment process has been suspended in the interim'. Can you imagine that?
It has been suspended but they are recruiting for the same position again. Smh

DivineKayy, Eco bank really didn't try for us last year. After taking that killer test and doing interview in July last year, still no feedback. Only for them to open recruitment for new applications. Doesn't sound reasonable to me. How's work going?
