I have written some Dragnet tests before this. They usually send updates within two weeks.

I'm guessing the next will be Assessment Center?

PS: I encountered login issues before my breakthrough.
My camera was not capturing well. I had to log out and snap a picture which I uploaded before it worked.

I had issues with that uploading ID part.

How long till we hear from them on the next stage?

Anyone familiar with the recruitment process?

The test went well shaa.
Normal standard of Dragnet.

However, some of the graph were not clear and I had to assume answers for those questions.

Those long comprehension were turning my eyes shaa.

I enjoyed the Abstract Reasoning more.

Let's pray we make it to the next stage.

I didn't encounter any login issues. Though the time elapsed on me in both Numerical and Verbal, and I think there were some questions I skipped. Abstract reasoning went very well.

Hopeful for the best.

I experienced the same so I asked someone that has taken the test before and he said it's just dummy test to be sure your device is compatible and the likes... It has nothing to do with the real test for tomorrow

I thought I applied for manufacturing graduate trainee, and the dummy test was about human computer interaction and also didn't follow the format of verbal numerical and abstract. I'm a bit confused. Is the dummy test just to make sure we are set up properly or what? Please answer as soon as possible

It's the same dummy test for all of us. I guess it's just for us to check system compatibility.

You are right, probably to have a video review of the test session for any sign of cheating( someone telling you answer or you are checking answer else where etc) for those that qualified for interview. My advice is face the screen from beginning to end of the test don't look sideways, upwards or downwards.

So what happens when you want to calculate in the numerical section??

Like I said sales is dynamic and fun. It's an act of distributing your finish goods to various channel to enable the consumer purchase at their convenience. We have various channels we can place our goods. We use an acronym call SIMON for the channels.
S: Specialized Channel: this are outlets or vendors that are known for selling a special kind of product. They do not sell all fits all like other channels. Example includes: Petrol stations, Pharmacy, Babies store etc. For example whenever one see a petrol station, of course you know fuel is the major thing they sell but their is a mini mart in almost all filling stations you can place your products there. Same goes for pharmacy.
I: Institutions: this need no definitions they are usually an organization where people with one goal usually meets in large number. Example includes University, Churches, Mosques, government parastatals etc
M: Modern Trade: this is our one stop shoes which we call the supermarkets. You can show at your convinence under a very conducive atmosphere and some you can just go for sight seeing. They have specific entry and exit point Example Shoprite, Spar, Games etc
Open market: where cluster of people gather together to buy and sell. There is no specific entry and exit point. E.g Oke arin, Yaba market, Main market onisha, Oshodi market etc
N: Neighborhood Store: that mama Bolu that sells things in your street.

With all this various channel, you must determine the one that best fits your model. Tomorrow we will be talk about coverage of these areas

I really wish you would continue this thread. I just stumbled on it now, and coincidentally, I am trying to enter into Sales/Marketing in the FMCG, though my work experience so far is not in FMCG.

What can I do? Any helpful advice?

Other than that, I don't know if it can work on mobile.

I think it's similar to the test that those who applied for Friesland Campina GT did with Workforce.

Workforce is the one organizing UBA assessment too.

Thanks for the clarification. I recently had an interview with a bank for the role of Internal Control Officer which I'm in doubt whether is core or contract, though I was interviewed by the bank's HRM and team.

Contract staff are mostly bank tellers and Customer Service Reps (some times), ATM maintenance. These ones are mosty employed through a recruitment agency.

However, if you apply for a program like graduate/management trainee and go through training school, or any other job vacancy that is published, then you'll enter as a core staff.

Most times the job advert shows whether it's a contract or permanent role.
