There are using Seamless hiring, Log in to your portal it's still showing pending. Once you get to assessment it will change and then to interview or even reject. Everything would subsequently be automatically communicated to you in you mail so be patient.

I think so, but not sure. It only occurred to me after submitting. I have done a test of the nature on latinhire where if you could answer just one question correctly, you could submit. You loose points for failing any question. But there it was properly explained unlike this

The general practice of any standard organization is to recruit young graduates and train them for a period. They are called graduate trainees (entry level) and will undergo the program for a scheduled time frame. During that time they will also be working as some task will be delegated to them and be appraised accordingly. More like, they are on probation.

At the end of the period, a performance review is done. Those found satisfactory will be confirmed as full staff (guaranteed) while those who didn't meet the benchmark will be let go off.

No organization will train you for 18 months (some sort of investment) and discard away with you if your performance is satisfactory. The GAP is more like a fast-tracked GT programme. In an IOC like shell, it takes 2-5yrs to complete GT training depending on the job role.

This reason is why there is always a stringent recruitment process to get the best hands for the training so that the investment won't go down the drain.

Depends on the court , high court and customary court ain't the same. So budget about 5k for all the stamps. From guarantor forms to asset declaration.
