I used d one that Anion (greenlite I presume) was written on it. Though I bought d whole pack for 17k, one is sold for 1k and above. Not sure if all regular shops av it but some do. U cud also check big stores. NB: dre are diff types of anion pad products. All d best sis.

Don't knw if its d weather or malaria cuz I was tested of having malaria once. D doc gave me fansidar wch isn't safe in first trimester so didn't use it. Cud it b still malaria? Also vomit any time of d day even at nyt n nausea sets in all thru d day? Wat can I do to relieve myslf? Thank u

Well I just felt I should let it out, I would have been more comfortable if it was just my gynecologist that was checking me, but that same day was the antenatal clinic so he was busy and I screamed my hearts out every time. Maybe I should be grateful that I did not have to go through what others are going through TTC... oh well, what women go through.

sorry dear. Post partum depression is real n its effect is worse. Pls endeavour to snap out of it by talking with ur DH, Dr, mum or trusted someone dt will understand it. Pls take care of ur child n fnd comfort in ur DH's hand. Most imp, talk to God in prayers to ease ur worries. Dnt close shop oooo 'on a lighter mood' Cheers!!!!

@mumihaja: its soo true. I did av lots of infection and itchiness b4 my period ends with always pad until I stumbled on anion pads. I used it for a year and everything seems normal now. Thou am back on always pad but no itchiness n infection again. Will be on anion pad from next year.

sorry dear. Is Dh also treating himslf as well? Also, it myt b preg thrush. Some women are knwn to av increase vag secretions while preg. Use panty liner, wear cotton pants, wash with dettol n sun dry them then air ur vj at nyt (nt wearing pants to slp). Avoid any how toilet use. U could also use toilet soap whn washing ur vj instead of medicated or antiseptic soap. Its well

Hello all. I don't know where and how to begin. I was supposed to see my period yesterday and when I went to the loo I wiped and saw brown blood, this is what normally begin with my period so I was like it's here again I don't bother using any thing cos I was in the office and was close to closing time.

I got home and nothing, before I slept I put something in there so that I won't wet the bed, behold I woke up dry, this is never in my life the case.

On my way today I just decided to buy 50 50 naira pregnancy test and behold...... It was showing positive, I doubted and used the second one, still came positive. Though faint sha.

Thank u @iyomomo n @modath. Am taking each day as it comes. Once its morning, it takes toll on me n d feeling is all day long. Food n water nauseate me but am eating sha + cold water only. Toothpaste kps it abay due to its mint but not sure if its safe to ingest during pregnancy. Its well as madam zaynie will say: it is all d package (smiling).

I want to appreciate everone on ds thread for ur love, care n support. It was very helpful. I learnt a lot n put it into practise by charting my cycle days n cm n bding frm cd6 till O elapsed.
Using folic acid n d lyks.

Last month was down n got encouraged not to give up. So just did everything as usual n decided to travel home. Was expecting AF but it never came n d house told me to test ( safe06 n rainyday- I pray b4 d year runs out u shall share ur Bfp news wit us - amin) due to my symptoms. Praise be to God it was a Bfp.

What I did differently: faith n prayers. My last ramadhan was focused on getting preg n good job. Used folic acid but not regularly. Had decided to use pregnacare if AF showed (thank u @hafsat24) cuz doc didn't do anything since all scans showed normal things.

E-mothers, u are too numerous to mention. Thank u for ur added knowledge. I pray God Almighty bless u all fruitfully. We shall all rejoice with one another. Love u lots.
