Baba God Help this country!!! cry cry cry
Liar!

The problem lies within the government organization where the budgeted money for salaries has gone way up than what was initially budgeted within the budget that IPIS will not honor. IPIS does not handle cash but is the online platform that credits salaries from CBN directly into the respective civil servant's account. If the money budgeted has been exceeded without neccssary directive from the Auditor General's office to compliment the budget for the given organization then no IPPIS can not pay.

There is serious management lapse by the organization involved either by increasing the employment base, salaries or even making the necessary financial consideration for promotions without notifying the Auditior General's office.

The 187 staff retrenched by NCAA on the directive of the Minister of Aviation where found to have been employed by the outgoing DG without due process. This is what you have in most organizations that have not been paid.

There is a reason I call these people evil servants.

The delay is nothing to do with unavailability of cash as this particular administration is he best so far for paying salaries on time
PoliticsRe: Why Salaries Of Some Civil Servants Are Delayed – FG by MudRaker: 1:02pm On Dec 20, 2014
Trade Unions in Nigeria are composed of the most desperate and corrupt men.

The fact is that this current administration is the best so far when it comes to paying salaries on or before the 25th of every month.

I know this first hand. The IPIS system is the best to curtail ghost workers, salary diversions and delays.

Just go to the APC states especially in the SW. They owe without human conscience.

It is these same APC SW governors who claim progressives but were opposed to implement minimum wage rates and pay pensioners alongside adopt the PENCOM act.

Nigerians are daft.

He was rigged out against Yaradua In 2007, not only northerners voted in 2007 na.. Google the voting pattern of 2007, he won votes in the south na.

I just disagree with your "damage" and "not sellable " terms used to describe him. I know thousands of southerners voted for him in the south both in 2003,2007 and 2011, damaged goods won't even become a flag bearer of any party.

Check records na.
You can spill any crap you chose to yarn in your desperate attempt to see your Ayotollah general monkey blood become president but don't lie about solid facts.

Even you dunces in Osogbo did not vote for him. You chose another ab0ki.

PoliticsRe: What Exactly Has Buhari Acheived? by MudRaker: 12:52pm On Dec 20, 2014
Remember how JAMB and WAEC exam sheets have a sample of how to fill in the examination sheet with some dudes data?

We used to assume the guy's bio was a jamb customer who kept writing the exam because he kept failing.

Buhari has the unenviable position of having a INEC sample form with his bio data.

The numerals 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. are also called Arabic numerals by your slave masters. They were borrowed when the Roman numerals I, II, III, IV, V, etc. couldn't subscribe to complex mathematical computations.
If you're concerned you should also campaign for the return to the Roman numerals, as the ones in use now are Arabic.
Problem with most of you is you can't differentiate between Arabic and Islam. Arabic is a language like Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, English, German, Russian, etc., while Islam is a religion like Christianity, Judaism, etc. What does it add to the economy or Islam that Arabic is inscribed there.
Another Muslim liar with his lies.

The alphabet and numerals from the English language were gotten from greek roman as well as Hindu Sanskrit.

Stop spreading your lies.

By the way, Allah is not the same as that worshipped by the Jews orChristians. That is why the people of the book rejected your pagan doctrine in the first place which then made your fake prophet order in his death bed for you to kill all the Jews and Christians.

Abi I lie?

What little military or technological advantage you guys claim came from the Persians, Hindus and Europe.

How do you explain how a tent dwelling goat rearing backward illiterate people in one of the most hostile and desolate corners of the world became the cradle of western civilization.

Muslims and their lies.

and the white of the emir is the uniform of the navy right?
What is an Arabic inscription stating that "all victory" is from a Moslem god alone doing on the Nigerian Army logo?

The colors of the Nigerian Army and their ceremonial uniform are errily similar to the stripped uniforms of the Emir of Zazau and that of Kano.

The red and black striped as well as the green and black striped with white are ceremonial gowns of the aforementioned offices.

This thread is not for Muslim liars and apologists like you who are committed to turning day into darkness for your quest of deceit but for those who do not know the extent of Islamization in our polity.

Why do we have two sets of legal codes with elements bent on substituting sharia legal code over the polity?

Is boko haram not fighting to Islamize Nigeria in their quest to establish a caliphate?

Why do we need islamic banking?

Why have we had Arabic inscriptions on our currency?

The color of our flag is also islamically inspired. Green is the official color of Islam. This is why most mosques are painted in green. Even the flag of most countries bearing "Islamic" state such as Saudi Arabia, former Libya and Algeria all have monotoned green as their colors.

The color of the Sokoto Caliphate flag was a monotone green. Google it and see for yourself.

Why is even the highest platform of public debate ( the national assembly) modeled like a mosque?
Keep deceiving yourselves.

More evidence to show that our land army is just a remnant of the Sokoto Caliphate Muhajadeen.

The flag and ceremonial uniform of the Nigerian army is errily similar to that of the Sokoto Army and the current palace guards.

Here ...

Symbolism and tradition in any army are very important as they indicate a legacy or heritage.

The Nigerian Army was the only branch if the armed forces after colonial rule.

The British handed us to the Sultanate.

Yakubu Gowon is a northerner and a xtian and he ruled nigeria for more than 8 years
A facade token used to Islamize and northernize the military.

Gowon's only solution to Nigeria's perplexing woes including the sectarian violence metted on his own people in Jos by Fulanis and Moslem fanatics is to hold national prayers.

Go and ask him privately what he thinks of what is going on in jos and the middle belt and you will get a blunt reply of Fulani Moslem SUPREMASCIST bent on overrunning the middle belt.

Even Abu Qaqa in one of his past broadcasts claimed Jos and the middle belt for Alllah and went on to rename the region to Western Sudan.
