My opinion: stay calm, i am with a man that cheats but i have been able to have peace. Stop monitoring his phone or him, it will not do you any good. I know it hurts but you cant stop a cheating spouse, if its not that girl, it will definitely be another one. Pls focus on how you live more beautiful and healthy. Well, in my opinion every tribe has tradition and culture. The yorubas for example must use aso-ebi for most of their occasions. That is their own culture let them be. As for the church you can instruct the women of zion in your church not to use aso-ebi, that will be established only in your church because its your church and you have rules and doctrines. And dont forget life is about choices, you can opt for your suitable option as per your culture/ church doctrine.

If you want to be the leader of your home you must learn to conduct yourself with dignity and self respect.You have to lead by example.
