There are alot of things that shouldn't be open to civilians because only few of could understand and withstand the threat that flow the rules and regulations of NA especially when it involves the top men. My candid advice to the Nigerian Army School of Infantry and War colleges both for soldiers, Junior Course and to the Senior Course will be that they should make it mandatory never to leak any sensitive information about the body to the public. Anybody that do this should be ready to face the death penalty!!!
Did you just type this, hope you know that all over the world the worst that can happen to the military is to dampen their morale.

Do you know the excesses this situation having left unattended can cause.

Coup is not a day job nor a child's play.

Its no news in the military about the happenings in the system and i believe the military officer who did the expose outwardly did so for good measures.

Coup is calling, can you hear it......

Chai! There I was thinking I'm really special tongue tongue

For instance, a woman saved up her money to buy her mother a car and her husband is ready to divorce her because he thought she should have bought him a car instead of her mother! The male folk on the thread were unsurprisingly in agreement and attacking everyone who thinks otherwise! Isn't that strange?
My Sisi no na don't be like this haba. You see in that woman's case she's at fault.

See eh, having known ur husband have complained bitterly about a want and you have the means why not assist Oga to get a family car to alleviate the immediate needs first.

Baby OKU, remember charity begins at home. And it goes both ways, bother partners should not leave the fire in their house to go quench a smoke in another.

By the way for topic of discussion, it's no news that the population of ladies on reddit, quora and nairaland is fewer when compared to the males, as such it's natural to have this stance.

Again a quick survey at the likes of tiktok, snap chat, instagram and the rest will give you a counter population, as they tend to have more ladies than males presence.

In the later, female domination is key, while in the former male domination is key hence the stance.

FamilyRe: TRUE LIFE STORY: What A Man Went Through In Life for Doing This To His Wife by MummyIMadeIt: 2:05pm On May 23, 2020
Woman what if it was the other way around, would you husband do the necessary thing to take you and your children along as a family.

Anyways this story is half baked, as the lady doesn't state any other reason for her grudge except her man not wanting to follow the right procedure.

FamilyRe: My Friend Threatens To Divorce Wife Over This Issue by MummyIMadeIt: 12:12am On May 23, 2020
The rate kids are on internet these days, displaying their ignorance and stupidity baffles me.

Most contributors on this thread are lame and immature.

Hence the clarity...

What is marriage?

Simply put, is the union of two adults in love, harmony and peace.

Back to the poster, I understand the man pains. I also believe him threatening divorcewas too strong a correctional word, perhaps he knows his wife( if she's the stubborn type) and sort to correct her via that, and I believe she has gotten the message.

What the wife did is bad. It shows she doesn't understand what marriage is all about which is ur immediate family first.

If she had done her kind gesture when they have a car, then it wouldn't be a case, but no matter what, both spouses be it the man and woman, must learn to communicate to each other first before carrying out any decision.

Doing a right thing at the wrong time can be so disastrous. Hence wisdom is needed.

Like I will say, any marriage where the man or woman hides his or her financial status to the partner isn't yet a union as their is no trust.

Husband let your wife know you, Wife let your husband know you.

If you can't do the above then why marry.

Ok...so, these beautiful people(I swearit, they are hot!) met and fell in love in the city of London(I had to add that part tongue). They, against all distractions, came back to naija to get married in a grand style. After 1, 2, 3,4 years of marriage, despite several IVFs, patience wore thin and they started arguing a lot. Despite that, they managed to hold it together for another 9yrs or so. On a bright day God knew about, the wife finally sent the husband packing like the oyinbo wife she had became ( grin). They went their separate ways with a lot of drama and the bobo eventually found a younger, more educated chick and proposed. Did I mention that the guy is hot? Hmmm...a lot of poachers even came to me to hand him over angry. Each time I put him up on my DP during his birthdays, I usually get a lot of attention, dang!

Anyways o, he was on the verge of marrying the new chick when we found out that he and his ex wife were sneaking around like rabbits. Chai...before we knew it we stopped hearing about new babe and got a picture of a proud daddy in a delivery room! Hmmmm...we Thomases had to see for ourselves o. Baby went to look like my grandma and sis vomited her....had my skin and her papa's...and got the perfect DNA test without a doubt! We love that lil madam with all our hearts and by extension forgave her mama for throwing our son out grin grin grin...they are back together proving that no leaf comes off a tree without God's knowledge.

Ok, I should have opened another thread like you asked...I too like gbeborun!

Meanwhile @ Op, the deed has been done with your husband and it's obvious you can't go on with him. If so, then why don't u file for a divorce without which you are legally and naturally bound to him.

There are details you left out. Where you infertile or your husband. If it happens to be you then have you gone for all necessary tests to ascertain why.

I can say that the most important issue here you seem to overlook is you having your own kids as it shows all over ur comment.

Now about your new Man, what if the love is cut short after your marriage to him either by death, Children palava, or unsettled issues(remember he divorced the one he remarried), what would be your stand, where will you fall back to?

Also as some persons have said leave both men and get a fresh man, what if you cant give birth for the new man and the same cycle happens all over.

Anyways good luck with your decision, but I can tell you until you solve the issue of childbearing you are on a loop. Hence my advice is first seek out the reasons for your childlessness

Sheet! Messy situation there. I'm sorry, I'm not even going to attempt to advise as the matter is beyond me. But here are some things to mull about:

1. Going back to exes isn't much of a good idea especially when the underlying issue has not been resolved. If issue persist, they then go to their old ways.

2. Marrying an emotionally jumpy man is a dicey one. He falls in love quickly and probably falls out just as fast. This might not be the case o but it is better to really take your time with people like that. They are darlings when enthralled but something else when not.

I wish you good luck darling...my sister in-law got preggers at 37yrs after 11yrs of marriage. They ironically separated, husband met someone else, cheated on the new someone with his ex wife who got preggers during the affairs. They just kukuma moved back home to each other grin.
My very own sisi, abeg knack me better Tori na.. This one go sweet read for a new thread poo grin

In recent times it seems the IDP'S who should be the major benefactors of the palliatives provided by the federal government are no where near the news.

I begin to wonder how do these people survive. Has the FGN abandoned them to their fate as typical?

What happened to all the funds raised to carter for these displaced persons?

Imagine the audacity of this Woman called Sadiya Faruoq.

Toying with npower volunteers who are graduates.

She has refused to pay the stipends due, but is in a haste to carry out another project.

Such wickedness by a Lady

Same excuse the past ministers have been giving..

They are simply incompetent
Forget talk, Nigeria has all it takes to get competent hands on deck to pilot her affairs but corruption and nepotism won't allow such.

Imagine a minister who isn't proactive and can't contribute meaningfully to the countries course.

Her suggestion alone is enough to replace her.

What nonsense

I don’t tink anyone can excel in this ministry! Our biggest problem is data! What is NIMC, NPC, NBS and other useless agencies doing to provide the necessary data to help locate the poor pple in Nigeria?

This is not an excuse for her failure and corrupt practices tho
please spare me that, have you ever wondered why is she hell bent on carrying out the ridiculous school feeding program.

This is to tell you that the funds is already down but to give accent to payment is war.

I fear women when it comes to corruption, as the few of them can surpass most men loot.
if given the opportunity the few corrupt women will make Abacha loot look like a child's play

PoliticsCovid 19: Npower, Sadiya Farouq And Her Failure by MummyIMadeIt(op): 1:44pm On May 19, 2020
Sadiya Farouq was appointed to head a very sensitive ministry which was newly carved out to deal with precisely with the Humanitarian conducts in the society, effectively manage disasters before it skyrockets and tend to the social development program of the present government.

But has this been the case? I can say it's an emphatic No!

If you ask me, the performance of the Minister and her Ministry in relation to the recent pandemic palliative been distributed nationwide to curb the disaster of hunger brought by the pandemic which have ravaged so many places, people and society at large. It's obvious the score card is in an abismal negative.

Albeit, several funds where raised by well meaning persons, citizens and Nations to support the fight against Corona in Nigeria.

To this Nigerians themselves are at a loss to dispensation of such funds, in which the Minister is part of the Presidential Task Force established to handle the situation at hand.

In recent times, it's no news to the deaf that the Minister, Sadiya Faruoq, has clamored for the continuation of the school feeding program despite the public outcry against such ridiculous project giving the nature of times we are in and the closure of schools in relation to the economy of the Nation.

This alone isn't worrisome, but the constant delay of the stipends to the Npower beneficiaries which are mainly graduates is a cause to raise concerns.

Not only has Sadiya Farouq delayed the payment of stipends by almost a month for a few and two months and more for majority, she has also failed as a Mother in carrying out her duties for caring, providing and nurturing her babies which the Volunteers falls under.

If memory doesn't fail me, it can be recalled that Sadiya Farouq, on gaining the portfolio of such sensitive Ministry based on the relieve of the Vice President, Yemi Osinbanjo, the pioneer of the initiative and it's previous handler of the programme it's duties. Payment was delayed for a total of almost three months and when asked by the press concerning the delays all she could come up with is that her ministry is working in collaboration with CBN to effectively manage, transfer and include all beneficiaries under the IPSIS scheme of the government.

Now I say ever since this inclusion has been made, it only gets worse for the beneficiairies of this scheme as payment delay by months has become the norm.

If only half of the energy used by the Minister, Sadiya Faruoq, to champion the ridiculous continuation of the school feeding program is been channelled into paying Npower beneficiaries on time and providing them with their gadgets as supposed, things won't have become this worse for the thousands of volunteers nationwide.

In conclusion I can only say that the Minister in total submission is a failure. Thus the adage, what a man can do, a woman can do better is a haux.
RomanceRe: Can A Husband Ask Little Amount Of Money From His Wife by MummyIMadeIt: 3:05am On May 19, 2020
If your wife can't assist you and vice versa, again I ask what is marriage?

Marriage simply conates growth and nurturing.

If any is devoid of assistance then where is the love in the union?
