Aliexpress,alibaba etc are good but you must have heard about Ali scam, they all are on the same site
Pls use an agent that will review your order at China and ship it down
It might cost you but your sure of the quality and scam free
Am into importation and was scammed when I started, I know the pain.

Only pay to any supplier your self if you know the way to identify scam and real

You can sell it in your locality by using Facebook ad to search people living near you. Are you a student? Sell to your fellow students or your staff.

I saw those T-shirt on a Chinese site but I don't know if it will good as they appear on the site.

From my experience , they are always good. But my advice is that, try and first of all buy few, then see the out come, if you like it you can now order for more and stick to that particular seller
