It was during Bernard Bourdillon the Governor-general era in 1939 that the area called Nigeria was divided into 3 Western Nigeria. eastern Nigeria and Northern Nigeria.

i know it is hard for you to understand. But Ghana was a colony of britain. But Nigeria was NEVER a colony of britian.. Nigeria was just a Name to decribe several colony and protectorate. It is like saying North America. North America consist of 3 countries. USA, Canada and Mexico.

So what the Queen did in the Independent act was says All of North America, britain will not influence your laws. So instead of writen it in 3 separate paper. The Queen wrote it in just one paper through one ACT. this is what happen..

Nigeria respected international treaty of the government of Western Nigeria up till 1963. the nonrecognition of international treaty by an occupier government was what lead to the the arrest of awolowo and the killing of 1,000,000 nigerian during the nigeria civil war.

It was all about this issue of respecting international treaty of the government of Western Nigeria, eastern nigeria and Northern nigeria . And with the satellite pictures showing what it is showing. the only solution is to go back to what is internationally recognized as been valid and not work with invalidity.

I believe any legitimate government around the world. Which hold moral and respect for human dignity should recognized the government of Western Nigeria and the Queen as our head. The problem with the Nigeria govt is that they think that the nigeria constitution is more supreme than the independent act.. But they are wrong... The self government act/independent act is more supreme than the Nigeria constitution because the this 2 document are international treaty.. While nigeria constitution is not consider as international treaty. And the United nation only recognized international treaty. which self government act/independent are international treaty because it involve more than one member nation. the Nigeria constitution is just a local document which is not recognized beyoud nigeria.


Europe union too have a constitution http://www.constitution.eu/ and as a flag, passport etc, capital, army etc. parliament, but it is not a country.. And nigeria is not a country because it is more of a union , this is how international law see Nigeria..

The issue is nigeria have alway have dictator in power. And they believe that occupation of other people land is valid. Which is wrong. what they have in place in Nigeria is occupation.

what happen was, we wanted to have self government , Sovereignty&Autonomy together.. But the north said No. So our people approach the Queen alone. And she approve it.. She approval Ghana too, and also like Gambia.


And for 56 years, now nigeria govt have murder many Yorubas over the issue.. because international law see Nigeria govt as occupiers. And anyone who would remove them is persecuted by the nigeria govt. They murder your family, relationship etc..

Nigeria is not a country but a Union.. if you look at the independent it did not define nigeria as a country. but just a name to describe 3 self governing state. the reason is when they seek self government from britain .. they discovered the truth about life. that they needed to have a currency and do business with other nation.

So just like the Europe Union they decided to form the centre bank of Nigeria..like the British west africa currency. that way 2 of them can trade. The north had no self government , so the north continue to use the british west africa currency. While Western Nigeria continue to use, Nigeria pound.

while they employ some from britain to be the first centre bank governor. because they did not know how britain was running the currency. That way the western and the east can trade and even the north, when it became self govt.. This is how the nation of Nigeria came into be. They only tried to make that union formal by asking the queen to put her signature on it.. but their govt remain separate from each other.

While in 1958 Western Nigeria and eastern Nigeria were using the Nigeria pound. Northern Nigeria was using the british west africa. This is why they made the Union of Nigeria a formal thing.. Just like Europe Union. to be able to trade with each other.

And like EU, they have a flag and passport etc... that why the independent act mere only change name and insist everything IN, I say it again look at the word IN nigeria. IN nigeria all activity or all 3 government most remain the same either before or after the 1st of October 1960.

Self government(sovereignty and autonomy ) means I have my own government and my own country..

and this is why in 1966, northerner officers lead by muritala, IBB, Gowon carried out Operation Secession. Operation Araba. because they(north) had their people right to secede out of Nigeria. even Ojukwu (igbo east) also wanted to use the right of the east to secede.

This is occupation: Nigeria cease to exist and was dissolve in 1914 , Nigeria was dissolve in 1914 because of the first world war.
