sharorberlain: If you ask me o, I will wholeheartedly tell you that "I'm tired of watching all these Nollywood movies with poor visual effects, especially all these their fake gun shots, fake fire and fake disappearance, amateur car accident scenes... a lot of it. I guess that's one of the reasons their script virtually look the same. I saw a video on YouTube; these Nigeria guys recently started teaching Nigerians on how to create movie effects. I researched and did chat with one of them. These guys have been underground doing their visual effects thing. When I wrote them, their response was more like they don't want to forcefully grab the industry. I have that feeling that they are into something BIG... well, who knows?! I feel they are going to be one of the best VFX companies in Nigeria. I also watched one of their music video effects. Mehn! Bro, these guys are good. I started reasoning on how they could change the storylines in our Nigerian film industry (Nollywood movies). At least if it won't be a bad idea if I see a Sci-Fi movie produced in Nigeria. You should watch their video on Facebook or YouTube to see for yourself. https://www.facebook.com/vfx9ja
can you edit my videos for me. or teach me how to edit online.

Alexlady: Thank you for the feedback and congratulations........all I am saying is that let us give advice based on facts, not jump into conclusions and find a way forward and not emphasise on something that cannot be changed. I don't want sugar coated advice. I understand my story was quite unique as most people's refusals are usually due to missing documentation etc. My hope is that my experience would encourage those that unfortunately find themselves in our similar situation....
Congratulations lady, you came, you saw, you conquered. Can you put down for me ,all the supporting documents you guys submitted please. Thanks
Brightingsus: When you applied initially. You would have downloaded the form in PDF before printing, or didn't you? If you did download, then it should be saved in the device you used.

fost4real: real estate is a booming business and mad rush for land is the hottest thing going on right now in Ghana but, the locals/average workers are unable to acquire any property sold by these real estate developers due the high cost of the houses being sold. they are very very very expensive! Mortgage is a no-go area for most people here. starting your own project as an average income earner is much better choice as am doing right now. i'm not a building contractor just an ordinary guy trying to build a decent house for myself. one funny observation, average income earners who are bent on getting real estate property here in Ghana only end up with a one bedroom semi-detached house and a small space for future expansion which is laughable. they pay over a period of 5-10 years in dollars. so just imagine, if the local currency drops in value they suffer for it. Some end up losing their properties if they fail to pay within the stipulated time. anyway, your posts and this forum actually helped in shaping my house.
Hi, I will like to do a property of my own as well in Ghana, I will like to you help me with these questions. I met a mason who gave me a workmanship of 5000ghs to lay blocks for a five bedroom to lintel level, do you think it is a ripped off? how much do they normally charge. thanks. the foundation is already done. the land is in amashiama in accra

Or the phone number that is useful. Thanks all.
Hi my aunty and her husband are cosidering adoption after several years of waiting without success, they both reside in the uk, but not sure of their legal status. Is this possible for them to do? What are the procedure, if you have the experience or way out , can you shed more light please?
no one with that amount of money will give it you, if you need a loan you should make your request known politely. Why the alarming topic for a request? Can i get a soft loan of so and so amount please? Rather than urgently.
