Umidigi s2 lite is a terribly manufactured phones. I'm in sifia pain right now and I'm serious about it. Firstly, the phone came with a custom rom which shouldn't be. Secondly, I can't even get Ota updates. Thirdly the phone won't charge to 100% after many attempts. It now stops at 90%. It have a slow charging capability. The seller duped me. How could a brand new phone come with a custom rom and I think it's a bug from the rom that makes the phone to stop at 90% at every charge. Does anyone know what I can do please. I already open dispute on aliexpress for partial refund.

I call their black Friday scam Friday.... I had rather see my money hanging on aliexpress than jumia. And aliexpress customer service is top notched, they can go extra miles to satisfy you and to make sure you get your refund ASAP. But jumia customer service reps will connive with the sellers to cheat you.
I am done with jumia 4 years ago.

I got a refund today on AE for what I ordered wrongly.. Kudus to them

But sellers on aliexpress always declare the goods as MP3 (as gifts) so that will make custom not to charge you. Whenever I order anything on AE I always message the seller to declare it as a gift so custom will not charge on top what I have paid already.

Another lesson learnt very well...

What's the update on AE.. Mine still stocked at departed country of origin.. Eeeeeerrrrrrrrggggg this thing is frustrating me to be honest.. jumia sell even cheaper to what we pay AE and in less that 3 day the parcel have been delivered.. It worst to let you know the current update....
I bumb a tread narrating how customs are billing any imported mobile phone. What's our fate now
