My answer would actually have been wrong, since I might have gone with D, however, infants are not given tetanus toxoid at birth.

The question was pretty much self explanatory, I think, clearly showed tetanus, especially when you mentioned soil.

You have got to study well and pray to hit a high score in both jamb and post utme as the faculty always takes the best students that performs well every year.
