I actually don't blame men who refuse to train their female children in the university, because I have seen a lot!

For starters, I paid 1.4 million Naira to get the current place I'm staying.

My direct neighbor is a Yoruba girl who is barely 18. She finished secondary school last year and gain admission immediately.

The day she was moving in, all her family came with her, to help fix the place.

In the course of that, the mum and I got talking. I asked if she was going to have a roommate and the woman shouted "O ti ooo!" They want her daughter to be as comfortable as she can get.

1.3 million Naira? I said to the woman, that you people must really love your daughter. She affirmed. She said she is the first daughter and her daddy loves her to death.

1.3 million, minus other furniture and household items? When I was in school, my house rent was 100k and my parents were insisting that I look for a roommate. Even some of the working class where I live, have roommates. Sorry for digressing.

When I installed my air conditioner, the woman met me to ask where I got mine from, that she wanted to buy for her daughter. In less than a week, a brand new AC was installed.

In my head, I was saying: omoh, this is the best I'll do for my female children. Spoil them silly, so that no man can come and entice them with little things they know they can get from their father.

It wasn't up to a week this girl fully moved in and guess what? By midnight, I heard her going to open the gate for a male visitor and he didn't leave.

Turns out that this male visitor is her "boyfriend".

This boy will come at intervals and spend days in this girl's house. He goes everywhere with her, sagging his pants down to his bare buttocks. If you see him, he looks like a typical omo ita! He smokes like a chimney! Always holding igbeaux in his hands. A street urchin!

I have just been sad since. If you see how much this girl's parents love her enh!!! You'll never believe this girl will betray their trust like that!

If she carry bele now, what will the poor mother do?
