REDUCING BALANCE (RB) interest rating is peculiar to us. RB option gives you 40%+ reduction in interest compared to flat rate.

E.G. Flat rate for 50k for a duration of 4mnths gives you 13k interest. So, ur payin back 63k.

But for RB you only have to pay back 58125. Which makes it 8k interest 4mnths.

You will neglect a sick mother because you are now married? Even if you are buoyant enough to get a separate apartment for your mother, would the apartment care for her sick needs?

For the love of God, stop interpreting the word of God to suit your wicked soul.
