i will do something on your own interpretation and take it to my tutor.

i will surely get back to you so tha you can also have some ideals on property law.

Thank you.
TravelRe: Urgent! Recent Uk Student Visa Refusal Letter: Way Foward Pls? by muyiwabank(m): 8:41pm On Feb 17, 2007
I think what you rally need to do is to convince them that your sponsor can sponsor your studies in the uk.
1.pls get the original copy of the bank statement with a reasoinable balance, infact if possible you could get 3 different bank statements in your sponsors name.
2.if its a company account, pls get all th docs. of the compny and a letter from the bank that your sponsor is the signatory to the accounts.

3.get reasonable docsfrom your cousin in te uk, maybe his residents permit, proof of accomodation, pls put his family size into consideration.

these are the little i know based on my personal experience,so pls work on this before the Ogas in the house respond to your query.

Best of luck.

Jim, an estate agent, carried out a homebuyer report and mortgage valuation in July 2001, for Ms merret whislt working for ABC agency and Surveryors Limited.Normally , this work would have been undertaken by Alfreda, a Chartered Surveyor but she was otherwise engaged, instead of loosing a fee of £475 (incl. Vat), He decided to go ahead with the instruction as He was under pressure to meet pipeline figures for that month. During the survey, He noticed some minor damp patches on the lower section of the ground floor walls but thought taht was a minor issues and did not comment on it as he has seen this type of minor defects many times. In April 2003,He left ABC Surveyors LTD to go to work for the local Authority. Unfortunately, in September 2005,Jim read in the paper that ABC Estate Agency and Surveyors went into bankruptcy.

TravelRe: Uk Visa - Visa Appeal Process by muyiwabank(m): 6:19pm On Feb 10, 2007
@All,

I sent a letter to the second secreatary immigration telling him about my problem that i won my appeal and the extension the school gave me was going to lapse soon, enclosed in the letter is the appeal determination and a copy of my late enrollment letter.

I sent the letter last week Wednesday, they called me a week later on the 7th to be precise asking me if i can travel to make my enrollment on the 9th which i aswered yes. They now asked me to come to the embassy with a confirmed ticket which i did.

On gettig there on the 8th, they did not allow me to enter because they said my name was not part of the people they invited, i now called the number that called me and shouted on the phone seriously, she just said calm down and come to the gate, i did and they allowed me in.

they collected my passport, late enrollment letter and my confirmed BA ticket to london.25 minutes later, i was called to come and pick up passpot with the visa issued.

See God at work my people, praise to His Holy name.

Nothing yet my sister they said i shouild write them which i have done.

I will also call them to find out the status on Monday or better still go there again.

What is your opinion on that 5 days stuff @bigbumper talked about and my response?
TravelRe: Uk Visa - Visa Appeal Process by muyiwabank(m): 12:01pm On Jan 31, 2007
i just saw something now in the AIT site under the frequently asked question number 12.

check below:

FAQ 12 Visas & Entry Clearance
The Immigration Judge has allowed my appeal, but the Visa Section doesn’t have a copy of the decision. Why?
When an appeal is allowed, the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT) will forward the Tribunal determinations to you, your representative and the Respondent (the Home Office). This is so that any party who wants to ask for a review of the determination on a point of law can do so. The AIT aims to do this within 12 working days of the hearing. The Home Office will let the Entry Clearance Officer know of the decision. The Home Office has 5 days in which to challenge the determination. If they decide not to do so they will send a copy of the determination to the Entry Clearance Officer and aim to do this within 4 weeks.
TravelRe: Uk Visa - Visa Appeal Process by muyiwabank(m): 4:37am On Jan 31, 2007
could this be true

quote from big bumper

If the ECO does not request for a review within five days of the hearing, he forfeits his right to challenge the judges decision. It is only the appellant (outside the country) that has twenty eight days to request for a review, if their appeal was dismissed.

i just saw something on the letter enclosed with my determination.

a paragraph there says:

Any application must be made in accordance with the relevant Rules of court and must be made within 5 days of receipt (or deemed receipt) of this determination, except where the Appellant is outside the UNITED KINGDOM, in which case any application by the Appelant must be made within 28 days of receipt (or deemed receipt) of this determination.

DOES THIS MEANS THE 28 DAYS IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO THE APPELLANT BECAUSE THIS PARAGRAPH IS SILENT ABOUT THE RESPONDENT.

PLEASE CLARIFY THIS AND LET US LEARN.

TravelRe: Uk Visa - Visa Appeal Process by muyiwabank(m): 8:07pm On Jan 05, 2007
@ akolawole, londoncool,Funkybaby and mrpataki

Thank you so much for you suggestion on my case.

first let me clarify issues on being desperate of getting the visa

i am not desperate because i am a graduate in nigeria here and i have been working for the past 3 years but the problem is these HND and bsc disparity.

i also believe its a rear opportunity to see a genuie sponsor who is based at home and ready to sponsor my education in the uk.

the AIT customer service reply the e mail i sent them and they said the judge sat on my case on the 21st nov. 2006 but the full determination has not been released.

Akolawole baba, i will appreciate if you can help me with the letter, as i will not like to lose the opportunity.

thank you all.
