Google or other search engines
though Google is the king in the search engine traffics, but most of the time many website and blogs fail to get to top of Google searches because of too much competition, some of the many website and blogs are penalize due to violation of one Google rule or the other, but hope is still not lost for this site owners.
I will start by quoting one popular quotes that says “ a one man eyed is a king in the blind kingdom” there are numerous search engines and article directories , search engines like ask.com, oal.com, anoox.com ,entireweb.com,yahoo.com, bing.con,exactseek.com etc. These are website with less competition, less stringent rule and policies and deliver exact result like Google.

The meaning of democracy is sum up in the following word "the government of the people , by the people and for the people" democracy is a representative form of government where the masses are represented at all levels by people they elected. Traffup is a traffic exchange website or at least something more than that, it has a section for for posting a tweet and retweeting other peoples’ tweet.
Traffup members can link their twitter account and whenever they created a post on traffup it appears on their twitter timeline for their followers to see . When this tweet is retweeted they will appear in the timeline of those members who retweeted the post. How does the network goes? Traffic members assign point to their tweet post when they are creating them; users earn these points after they retweeted this post to their twitter followers.
A traffup member can retweet up to 50 tweets in an hour and can do this four time in a day, adding up to 200 retweets per each traffup member in 24 hours. This is

WebmastersDomain Name Parking Reviewed by Mwada(op):
Domain Name Parking
Domain name parking is the monetization of unused domain names, the practice of placing targeted advertisement on domains not attached to any website. It is done to reserve name against future use or to protect a brand name against cybersquating.
Domain name parking is a PPC affiliate, pay per click affiliate marketing programs; domain owners are only paid when visitors click the ads displayed on their domain name. It could be double-click template or a single click template. When it is a single click, on a domain , the ads are displayed on the homepage of the domain name, visitors will automatically see the ads and click on it, mostly single click template have the highest click through rate (CTR). Double- click templates do not display ads directly on the homepage but keywords are displayed and visitors are only taking to adverts when they click on these keywords. This type usually has lower click through rate but pay per click on ads.
It do happens that internet marketers will register domain name to save it for future use, search engines like goggle and its search partners do rank aged domain names higher than new one in a search result, therefore prospective internet marketer will save their domain names for future use.
Aged domain names are mostly expensive than new ones, domain name flippers will therefore register a domain for years before finally selling it. Therefore these domain names are parked, in order wo

EducationAdvice To Post UTME/UME Candidates by Mwada(op): 3:26pm On Aug 02, 2015
Post UME is the examination conducted by respective institution mostly universities to candidates who apply to obtain admission into their respective universities. Jamb candidate who apply to get admission into individual university are subjected to another intellectual assessment. This examination are conducted solely by the individual universities, the criteria for the assessment of the candidate ability are completely at the discretion of the university only.
Only successful UME candidates are qualified to undergo the examination contrary to some the misguided claim that it is a tip up exam for candidate with total aggregate below the required cut-off mark.
Date, venue and facilities for the whole exercise are provided by the respective universities at their own convenience and standard. Therefore it is not surprising to see some institution organizing a computer based exam while other organizing a paper type, the standard of the questions asked vary from institution to institution. The date for the examination is not same, it vary from institution to institution. Each university set the date at their own convenience, therefore it is the responsibility of each UME candidate that have successfully score above his preferred institution cut-off mark to know the ups and downs in that institution, therefore candidates should tune to the university news for any update or information that may be vital for their own good.
Post UME examination is part of effort by most universities to see that only hardworking candidates are admitted into their university. It is the part of effort to frustrate the effect of examination malpractice which is prevalent in our society, it is aimed to ensure that all UME qualified candidates has actually represented their score.
All qualified jamb candidates( candidates with total aggregate above they respective institution cut-off mark) should ensure that they sat for post UME exam otherwise they have to go for a six month or one year remedial programme which is cumbersome and costlier or they risk their admission into the institution for the year for the year.

NYSCHow To Overcome Your Post Youth Services Financial Challenges by Mwada(op): 5:12pm On Jul 23, 2015
Post College days use to be cumbersome to most graduate, as life after school is completely different from the university or college days, most of the graduate finds it difficult to cope with their post campus day as their experience is completely different. While in your undergraduate days, you are free to ask your parent for all your needs ranging from your school fees to pocket money, but things tend to change as you are out of the university, things change to worst as you finish your youth service.

Your family and people around you start to expect something from you, you may not be free to demand money from your aunties and uncles as they will begin to see you as a mere liability against when in your undergraduate days.

Looking at the challenges above I decide to share with my fellow youth service corps and other undergraduate in their final year of study some secrets that I believe in and do hope that any graduate will find it convincing.

Blogging may be the solution to the above challenges, yes blogging, but how? To those that do not know blogging, it is the creation of an online personal journal; bloggers will update this journal from time to time with relevant content that will keep readers coming back. I don’t need to convince you that blogging will be a good solution but will just refer you to the story of Linda Ikeji, a Nigerian lady that is making more than $3 million about N700,000 0000, seven hundred million naira only, per year in blogging alone.

Here is my blogging plan to each and every graduate, undergraduate and those already in their service year with no more night classes and jerking I hope every graduate should be able to do it. This plan depend on your internet access, your income, where you serve (NYSC) and what level of computer experience you got.

• Category one: for those who are already blogging, I will suggest that you pick a profitable niche or still stick to your already established niche, but should change or improve your blogging approach, I will suggest you create at least 3-5 post per day, targeting a particular niche , avoid copy pasting and create your original evergreen content.

• Category two: if you are not already blogging but have a reliable internet access, I wll suggest that you start it from today, go to blogger.com or to get free blog domain. Pick a niche and start to write grammatically correct articles of at least 4-5 hundred words. Write at least a blog a day and stick to this till to the end of your service year you will thank me later.

• Category three: for those that lack reliable access to internet, either due to financial or the part of the country they are serving put still have their laptop, I will recommend you also pick a niche, create you article and save them in folders, you should be able to create an article every day , what I know you can get access to the internet one day to upload all your content.

• Category four: to those that lack access to computer, you should be able to blog also, how? I will suggest you buy an exercise book and write; pick a niche/area and start blogging, what I know is that one day you will get access to computer to typewrite your contents and internet to upload your contents.

What I know, from whatever category you fall into, at the end of your service year you should be having around five hundred to one thousand well written, original organic content of your own. With this you can create a very profitable blog that can compete favorably online, generating a lot of money for you.

Science/TechnologyConstructed Solar Water Heater By A UNIMAID Final Year Student by Mwada(op): 11:50am On Jul 21, 2015
A UNIMAID final year student , Muhammad jaafar from the department of physics has constructed a solar water heater, a water heater utilizing the sunlight to produce a hot water for domestic hot water demand. the solar water constructed from a locally available materials to minimize cost , made for simplicity of installation, reduce electricity bill and durability to meet domestic hot water demand.

According to him , the solar water heater can heat water up to 70°C which sufficient for domestic water demand ; in his word “A solar water heating system for domestic use has been designed and constructed using locally available materials. Solar energy is received by a flat-plate collector consisting of a thin absorber plate, integrated with grids of fluid carrying tubes, and placed in an insulated casing with a transparent glass cover having a water tank integrated in the system. The radiation emitted by the absorber plate cannot escape through the glass, thus increasing its temperature. On the principle of thermosyphon, hot water is pushed through the collector and rises by natural convection to the water storage tank and cold water from the water tank simultaneously descends to the bottom header of the collector by gravity pull.

The water gets heated and flows into a storage tank through thermosyphon principle. The system was tested and Maximum fluid output temperature and the collector temperature, of 75°C and 70°C respectively, were obtained on a sunny day. This solar water heating system finds useful application and acts as a renewable energy resource in regions where there is abundant and consistent sunlight.”

He further explained the working principle of the solar water heater , in his words ” Principle of operation of a flat-plate solar water heater, The solar radiation passes through the glass in front of the absorber plate and strikes the flat black surface of the absorber plate where the solar energy is absorbed as heat (i.e. by increasing the internal energy).

Figure 2 solar water heater showing the flat plate solar collector exposed to sunlight

This causes the flat-plate collector to become very hot, and so the water contained in the pipes bounded to the plate also absorb the heat by conduction. The water inside the tubes (risers/headers) expands and so becomes less dense than the cold water from the storage cylinder. On the principle of thermosyphon, hot water is pushed through the collector and rises by natural convection to the water storage tank and cold water from the water tank simultaneously descends to the bottom header of the collector by gravity pull.

Therefore, there is circulation as a result of an increase in temperature and volume of the warmer water to the water storage tank. The circulation continues as hot water goes out, while cold water comes in.”

When asked what are advantages of this solar water heater , he said Solar water heaters based on thermosyphon principle have the following advantages: simplicity and low cost, requires no electrical supply, need no controller or pump, easy to install, can withstand mild sub-zero temperature, is reliable and long-lasting since there are no moving parts, scalable (several collectors can be connected in parallel to increase hot water supply), is easy to build and operate, no fuel cost, provides heated water of about 70 °C or within the range, and is portable.

They, however, have the following disadvantages: cannot withstand mains pressure, cannot give higher temperature water, are affected by weather conditions, very useful only during the dry season, and can be more practicable and useful in the sunny regions.”

when asked what is the significance of this project he said “ it designed to address challenges and threat pose by the use of fossil fuels ; such as the increase in oil demand accompanied with oil price rise, political crises in the world oil deports, depletion of oil reserve, reduced availability of fossil fuel, and other harmful effect attributed to the use of hydrocarbons such as, oil spillage, aquatic water pollution, agricultural soil degradation, ozone layer depletion, health hazards, and relatively tangible problems of aesthetics to problems of environmental conservation, greenhouse effect, and global climate change and other air pollution issues caused mainly by burning of these hydrocarbon as a source of heat energy .

The unavailability of electricity in most of our rural area, its high cost and inadequacy has led to the drive to use environmentally friendly, cheap and renewable alternative sources of heat energy to eliminate or minimize these negative effects. Presently, solar and other alternative energy resources are being harnessed for various applications such as power generation, air-conditioning, space heating, domestic hot water system, etc. “

PoliticsKillings In The BIBLE- by Mwada(op): 2:19pm On May 31, 2015
1) Capital Punishment Crimes:

Kill People Who Don't Listen to Priests

Anyone arrogant enough to reject the verdict of the judge or of the priest who represents the LORD your God must be put to death. Such evil must be purged from Israel. (Deuteronomy 17:12 NLT)

Kill Witches

You should not let a sorceress live. (Exodus 22:17 NAB)

Kill Homosexuals
"If a man lies with a male as with a women, both of them shall be put to death for their abominable deed; they have forfeited their lives." (Leviticus 20:13 NAB)

Kill Fortunetellers

A man or a woman who acts as a medium or fortuneteller shall be put to death by stoning; they have no one but themselves to blame for their death. (Leviticus 20:27 NAB)

Death for Hitting Dad

Whoever strikes his father or mother shall be put to death. (Exodus 21:15 NAB)

Death for Cursing Parents

1) If one curses his father or mother, his lamp will go out at the coming of darkness. (Proverbs 20:20 NAB)

2) All who curse their father or mother must be put to death. They are guilty of a capital offense. (Leviticus 20:9 NLT)

Death for Adultery

If a man commits adultery with another man's wife, both the man and the woman must be put to death. (Leviticus 20:10 NLT)

Death for Fornication

A priest's daughter who loses her honor by committing fornication and thereby dishonors her father also, shall be burned to death. (Leviticus 21:9 NAB)

Death to Followers of Other Religions

Whoever sacrifices to any god, except the Lord alone, shall be doomed. (Exodus 22:19 NAB)

Kill Nonbelievers

They entered into a covenant to seek the Lord, the God of their fathers, with all their heart and soul; and everyone who would not seek the Lord, the God of Israel, was to be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman. (2 Chronicles 15:12-13 NAB)

Kill False Prophets

If a man still prophesies, his parents, father and mother, shall say to him, "You shall not live, because you have spoken a lie in the name of the Lord." When he prophesies, his parents, father and mother, shall thrust him through. (Zechariah 13:3 NAB)

Kill the Entire Town if One Person Worships Another God

Suppose you hear in one of the towns the LORD your God is giving you that some worthless rabble among you have led their fellow citizens astray by encouraging them to worship foreign gods. In such cases, you must examine the facts carefully. If you find it is true and can prove that such a detestable act has occurred among you, you must attack that town and completely destroy all its inhabitants, as well as all the livestock. Then you must pile all the plunder in the middle of the street and burn it. Put the entire town to the torch as a burnt offering to the LORD your God. That town must remain a ruin forever; it may never be rebuilt. Keep none of the plunder that has been set apart for destruction. Then the LORD will turn from his fierce anger and be merciful to you. He will have compassion on you and make you a great nation, just as he solemnly promised your ancestors. "The LORD your God will be merciful only if you obey him and keep all the commands I am giving you today, doing what is pleasing to him." (Deuteronomy 13:13-19 NLT)

Kill Women Who Are Not Virgins On Their Wedding Night

But if this charge is true (that she wasn't a virgin on her wedding night), and evidence of the girls virginity is not found, they shall bring the girl to the entrance of her fathers house and there her townsman shall stone her to death, because she committed a crime against Israel by her unchasteness in her father's house. Thus shall you purge the evil from your midst. (Deuteronomy 22:20-21 NAB)

Kill Followers of Other Religions.

1) If your own full brother, or your son or daughter, or your beloved wife, or you intimate friend, entices you secretly to serve other gods, whom you and your fathers have not known, gods of any other nations, near at hand or far away, from one end of the earth to the other: do not yield to him or listen to him, nor look with pity upon him, to spare or shield him, but kill him. Your hand shall be the first raised to slay him; the rest of the people shall join in with you. You shall stone him to death, because he sought to lead you astray from the Lord, your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, that place of slavery. And all Israel, hearing of this, shall fear and never do such evil as this in your midst. (Deuteronomy 13:7-12 NAB)

2) Suppose a man or woman among you, in one of your towns that the LORD your God is giving you, has done evil in the sight of the LORD your God and has violated the covenant by serving other gods or by worshiping the sun, the moon, or any of the forces of heaven, which I have strictly forbidden. When you hear about it, investigate the matter thoroughly. If it is true that this detestable thing has been done in Israel, then that man or woman must be taken to the gates of the town and stoned to death. (Deuteronomy 17:2-5 NLT)

e Benefits of Staying a Virgin Until After Marriage

I'm a virgin, and waiting to share that special gift of human
sexuality with that one person I will commit the rest of my life to in
marriage (when and if smiley A strong foundational supports of a marriage
is intended to be the exclusive physical/emotional bond of sexual
union. One of the most beautiful ways I think of saving myself for my
future wife is looking at it this way: I'm going to love her SOOOO
much that right now, as I go through life (even though I don't know
for sure who it is I may marry smiley I am saving this GIFT.

And I want to give this GIFT only to her, a one of a kind, the most
precious person I will ever meet. And she DESERVES it. That gift I
will have hopefully kept to show her that she is something REALLY,
REALLY SPECIAL. And you know what, I know she will appreciate that
with her whole heart. In today's society it's a rare and unique person
who wishes to save that gift of sexual union for his/her lifetime
marriage partner. I would encourage anyone questioning, feeling the
peer pressure, the societal pressure, the boyfriend/girlfriend
pressure, to wait until you both enter that lifetime covenant with
each other. What could be more exciting, more special, more emotional
than sharing the

wonders of sex with your one true and dedicated love!?! Think about
it. Think about the future. Think about your future wife or husband.
Don't they deserve your absolute best? It's something that you will
remember forever, and what better way to experience it than in a
relationship lasting a lifetime. smiley

'How does one prepare oneself to lose their virginity? And what can
you do to get over being *really* nervous about your first time?'

Two inter-related questions, dealing with 'losing it.' *Uggh*. What a
horrible term. 'Losing it.' Often popular culture today says 'Go for
it, lose your virginity, you're not a man until you do.' 'Make that
conquest.' That's what it is generally held up to be in today's
society. A conquest. A hurdle. *Uggh*. How many women here would like
to volunteer to be a simple obstacle? I know I'm simplifying things,
but anyone with such an attitude and wanting to/did take advantage of
some young lady, in the name of conquest, how utterly LAME can you
gethuh

Anyway back to the subject. I look at virginity as a gift, to be
honorably saved for that one person you decide to spend your lifetime
with (i.e. marriage partner.) The greatest emotional/physical treasure
a person can GIVE. You don't take it. You don't lose it. You give it.
Isn't that what true love is about? So how does one prepare oneself?
By making that commitment. Realizing she is sooooooo special that she
deserves your ALL. That's your total love, dedication, commitment. Not
cheapened, but in a lifetime covenant. Under this context what's the
reason for being nervous? Should sharing sex with your husband or wife
make you nervous? (of course there's slight nervousness in all new
things, but in marriage there is that security of freedom in
commitment where a couple can share their unbridled love as it is the
ALL of relationships. smiley Now of course we look at stuff that would
make anyone nervous in a premarital sexual encounter. You've heard it
all. Pregnancy, AIDS, STDs, broken relationships, guilt, hurt partners
etc...

*** qUoTeS ***

"It is a melancholy fact that [the STD was herpes in this article's
case (but HIV/AIDS or other STD would substitute)] has rekindled old
fears. But perhaps not so unhappily, it may be a prime mover in
helping to bring to a close an era of mindless promiscuity. The
monogamous now have one more reason to remain so. For all the distress
it has brought, the troublesome little bug may inadvertently be
ushering in a period in which sex is linked more firmly to commitment
and trust." (Time Magazine) #1

'My boyfriend and I have been going out for awhile, and there is more
pressure to have sex. He says it will strengthen our relationship and
draw us closer. I have my reservations. I'm not sure what to dohuh'

Let's define what sex is not: sex is not love. Let's define what sex
is: sex is an expression of love.

What's the one thing that most people are looking for in a
relationship? Intimacy.

A recent survey of 300 women ages 18-60 found that women of all ages
want men with whom they can be close. 'They want intimacy, which is
more than just love and sex.' #2 'Most women interviewed enjoyed
hugging, kissing, cuddling, closeness and conversation as much as
intercourse. Overall, intimacy was more important than orgasm.' #3
According to a popular female teen magazine, most girls opt for
affection over sex. 'Nearly two-thirds feel strongly that affection is
much more important than sex in a relationship and another 29% agree
somewhat. In fact only 1.1% assert that sex is more important.' #4

Intimacy. Someone to talk to. To care for. To be close to. A person
who gives generously. A person who receives generously. It's the
assurance that you can turn to another; whenever, wherever, and for
whatever reason. But does sex create intimacy? No. Sexual activity can
inspire a 'sense' of intimacy during it's duration. But this 'sense'
fades quite quickly when there is no substance to back it up.

Intimacy develops with openness. Communication. Truly revealing your
innermost thoughts and desires to another. This means laying your
emotions on the line; becoming vulnerable. Increasing physical
involvement to gain intimacy just doesn't cut it. 'People who discover
this often fail to recognize what is happening, and instead of giving
up the futile search for intimacy in bed, they intensify it. Time
after time they achieve a type of

closeness, and then watch it quickly fade. If this cycle is not
broken, they will become numb to the idea of finding true intimacy.
They settle for the cheap substitute.' #5 The emotional and
psychological bond necessary for intimacy can only be found in the
sharing of time, thoughts, and emotions with one another. In a
completely open and transparent framework. This then sets up the
relationship for emotional expression through physical means.

We all want a successful relationship. Where does sex fit in? An
article in 'Psychology Today' noted that sex was 'far down the list of
reasons for a happy marriage.' #6 Less than 10% of the individuals
with successful marriages thought good sexual relationships were
important in keeping their marriage together. Research data revealed,
in this study of some 300 couples married more than fifteen years,
that sex is not the key to a happy, fulfilled marriage. #6

What is the key? The top two reasons given by both sexes as to why
their marriage kept going were the same: #6

1) My spouse is my best friend.

2) I like my spouse as a person.

Sex is intended to be an expression of intimacy and closeness that
already exists within a couple. It's a sharing of one's most precious
and wonderful physical gifts with the person with whom they have
previously experienced intimacy through words, actions, and
commitment. And this commitment is fulfilled in a monogamous marital
state. Words are just that, words. There is no solid guarantee.
Commitment must be realized through action. True love deserves true
commitment. The wondrous gift of sex deserves only the highest level
of commitment possible, marriage.

Guy(or girl): 'If you love me, then you'll have sex with me.'

Girl(or guy): (possible responses) #5

'If you love me, you'll respect my feelings and not push me into doing
something I'm not ready for.'

'Having sex doesn't prove you're in love. I have too much self-respect
to get sexually involved before it's right. I've decided to wait.'

'OK, prove how much you love me by understanding and respecting my
feelings.'

'Love or no love, any way you slice it, it can result in a baby and
that does matter.'

'I love you. But I'd feel better showing you in another way.'

'Can't sex be purely physical, without the emotional and psychological
after-effects, or 'baggage'?'

Resulting psychological impact can be assumed about a sexual encounter
because sex is a choice. And when a choice is involved, so is mind,
will and emotion. It's the nature of humanity. When we choose, we
always ask why, and weigh the consequences. And in a consensual act
such as sex there are two involved. Just by telling her/him you want
to have sex is a choice. You are already affecting another person's
mind, will and emotions. Now you may have an argument for sex between
animals, for theirs is strictly instinct. We choose WHY we have sex.
Whether to give to a person, or take from them. Whether to please
them, or please ourselves. Or somewhere in between. If you had no
choice in the matter, then it has no psychological content. But you
do. You and your partner feel pleasure, pain, love, hate, anxiety,
indifference etc. And 'baggage' always results. It can be good
feelings. It can be bad feelings. Because you REMEMBER what happened.
No longer is the physical there, but the memory remains to be dwelt
upon by your mind, will and emotions.

"There is no possibility of having sexual intercourse without meshing
a part of your non-physical self. Sex is such a definite experience
that a part of each of you remains forever a part of the other. How
many times and how casually are you willing to invest a portion of
your total self and accept such an investment from another person,
with no assurance that the investment is for keeps?" #7

"True sexual freedom provides the option of saying no to these
consequences [of sexual relations.] It says, 'We are human beings with
procreative powers capable of mature love and rational choice. Our
free will provides us with self-control and self-respect.'" #8'What do
you mean by 'sex was meant to be given in marriage?' What is 'good and
proper' in a given situation? Are there any rules, any morals
regarding one's conduct in a relationship?

These phrases are based on a ideological framework. However, not
necessarily religious, or it may co-exist as a rational and logical
framework with moral principles. But doesn't there exist that which is
generally known as 'natural law?' Or a moral code by which human
beings follow? Of course a person of a particular belief system may
refer to the author of this moral code as God, or the goddess, or
whatever. So do you agree to the existence of at least a general
'moral' norm? One that describes what 'is meant to be?' Is racism
'meant to be' acceptable, or not acceptable? What prevents me from
making my own 'relative' moral code, and say that I can be and act
racist? By what basis are you telling me I am 'wrong.' Or why should I
not lie to you, or steal from you? If morality is always relative to
the individual, then I should be able to do these things without
guilt, shame, or remorse. So there exist 'good and proper' conducts;
there exist things 'meant to be.' And this directly applies to
relationships. Should not trust, honesty, and fidelity all be
fundamentals in a relationship? And when one of the aforementioned
qualities is betrayed, cannot we accuse the perpetrator of wrongdoing?
As for sex being 'meant to be given in marriage.' Marriage, by
definition, is an institution. So there are inherent characteristics
to this institution; what is allowed, what is desired, what is meant
to be etc. that emerge from the nature of the lifetime covenant. Love,
sharing, dedication, giving, monogamy, and fidelity are just a few
examples. A line between 'right and wrong' can be drawn based on these

Parenting is the process of taking care of a child from birth to adulthood. The act of being a mother or father to someone. Parenting also called child rearing has to do with supporting and promoting the physical, emotional, social and financial wellbeing of a child.
Parenting started from infancy, after nine month of pregnancy, delivery, labor and now you are a mother. There are things you need to keep through in order to give your child the desired love and caring it deserved.
These tips can help first couple who are novice in child caring.
Asking for help from health expert:
As a new mother you need to consult past mothers, nurses, specialists, lactations consultant who can help you to get started. As a new mother, your body is not the same as that of your child, infant are weak and gullible, you have to know how to, hold, touch, burp and care for your new baby.
At home you can hire a nanny or a young maid to help you for other errand jobs within your home. You need time for yourself to rest and your new born baby. You know just after birth you are as weak as your baby. This is why post natal care is of great important to both mother and infant.
Feel free to consult other people, your relatives, neighbors can be of a great help to you especially if you are a new mother.
Handling the new born baby:
Infants are weak and fragile, their body and skin are very sensitive, and so here is what you should keep in mind before handling your infant.
• Your hand must be clean or use hand sanitizers before touching your baby, infants has low immune system, therefore ensure that your hands or anyone who touches your baby is clean. This should include their clothing’s etc
• Supporting your baby’s neck; be careful when doing so, hold the whole body, cradle the head and support the head when carrying the baby or laying it on the bed.
• No shaking of babies or any vigorous play as their bodies and system is weak.
Bonding and soothing techniques:
Bonding is pleasurable especially in the morning or down in the evening or after child bathing. Bonding reconnect parent to their infant ant these make it a pleasure. Bonding brings emotional response and closeness to your baby just as cuddling dose in adult.
in babies ,it brings about emotional growth and these also contribute to physical growth, as you know a not only in infant even kids that lack affection[ love and bonding affection ] looks malnourished and stunted , same also applies to infants. This is why child massage is advocated.
What you need to know here is that infant are not strong, therefore be gentle and careful. Infant also love sounds, such as talking, singing, and babbling. Babies love music also, babies rattles and music mobiles are great ways to stimulate your babies. When your little one is crying try singing. Some babies react to noise, light etc, if this case with your baby keep away light and noise from them or keep it moderate.
Diapering Dos and Don’ts
You can use diapers or cloth depending on your income, no matter which you use your baby will dirty more than 6 diapers in a day therefore you have to budget for this. Before putting the diaper on your baby ensure you follow these procedures:
• It must be clean
• A fasteners
• Diaper ointment in case of rash on the baby
• a warm water container
• Diapers wipes or cotton balls
When the diaper is wet remove it gently and use the cotton balls or diaper wipes to clean your baby’s genitals and anus starting from front to back to affect infections. FamilySleeping And Your New Born Baby by Mwada(op): 2:31pm On Apr 12, 2015
sleeping and your newborn baby
is the state of relaxation of the muscle and less perception of the environmental stimuli. sleep is a naturally reoccurring activities coupled with alteration to the consciousness, decreased response to stimuli and inhibition of voluntary muscles activities. sleeping help to conserve energy and human beings may suffer from sleep disorders such as insomnia, hypersomnia, apnea, sleep walking, etc when sleep starved.
new born babies sleeps a lot at least 16 hours a day and , newborn sleeps both during the day and the night, they sleep all the time and wake up after 2-3 hours to feed because their little stomach doesn’t hold much breast to keep them strong. and healthy , therefore they wake up any time of the day or night to eat.
newborn babies may sleep for more than fifteen hours a day walking after 2 or 3 hours to feed babies that are breast fed tend to wake after two or three hour whereas bottled-fed babies use to take longer, babies need food at these age more than sleeping, therefore babies should wake up as to feed from time to time. after you notice a weight gain , then you can allow it to sleep for a longer time. the first month of a baby’s life can be can be challenging for a new mother, she need to get up many times in the night to feed her baby. each baby has a different sleeping pattern as adult , some may be be sleeping through at the night for the first 2 months while others may not.
for the first week of a baby’s birth some parent may sleep in the same bed with their infant , that is bed-sharing while others may choose to room-share with their baby. when you place your baby’s crib in same room with you , you easily get close to it, to hear smell or sense any change. this will help with baby’s feeding and sleep habits and new parent to get the much needed sleep. room-sharing is is safe while putting your baby to sleep with you in the same bed may not be safe , though it depend on your choice. room-sharing is preferred to bed-sharing because there is a risk that the baby may suffocate or strangle in bed-sharing .
follow these procedures when putting your baby to sleep
• start by placing your bay on its back not on the stomach or side to sleep.
• use a firm crib mattress with that fit it, ensure that your crib is up to standard.
• all toys, pillows blanket must be removed from the crib. ensure that nothing else is in the crib or bassinet as these things may block the baby’s breathing.
• put the crib or bassinet away from any other items, like hanging bags, wall pictures etc as these may fall on your baby
