Abagworo is this what you mean by development of Owerri? There's no propaganda against Okorocha or Imo state because the failure of the state is very clear as crystal. I don't know any other place in the whole SE that looks this horrible if not Owerri or maybe Aba of which Ikpeazu is trying to fix. If Owerri is like this just imagine how the rest of imo state looks like. Okoroawusa failed woefully in his 8 wasted years despite massive debt burden he incurred.
