RomanceRe: OPINION: Marriage Should Be Abolished. by mygee2(m): 11:56am On Oct 11, 2015
memyselfndi:
Yeah marriage is a choice

But in a society like ours not getting married is like a taboo, especially to the female folks

In a society like ours dey will consider dat person to be worthless

People get married dese days cos dey feel it's dere duty to do so, no love involved, cos i don't think love exist

Left for me i would like to stay single, adopt babies, nd live my life d way i want

Cos d kind of marriage one sees dese days is not encouraging
u er a sexist atleast some1 shld hav tell that 2 ut mum nd dad nt to have gotten marry seems u er having mummy and daddy issues

PoliticsRe: Proposed Immunity For Senate President, Speaker Etal: Dead On Arrival (DOA) by mygee2(m): 9:07pm On Oct 05, 2015
TonyeBarcanista:
Often times I wonder the kind of people that dominates our political space. I read in amazement the proposed move by members of the National Assembly to amend the 1999 Constitution(as amended) so as to grant immunity powers to the President of the Senate and the Deputy, the Speaker of the House of Representative and the Deputy, and also the Chief Justice of the Federation. Their argument was simply because the Head and Deputy Head of the Executive arm of government at both the Federal and State levels enjoys such privilege. Let's look at the constitutional provision

The Constitutional Provision:
For any amendment of the Constitution to be valid, Section 9 must be fulfilled upon which the president shall grant his ascent(or veto). According to sections 9(1) and (2) of the Constitution...

9(1) The National Assembly may, subject to the provision of this section, alter any of the provisions of this Constitution.

9(2) An Act of the National Assembly for the altertion of this Constitution, not being an Act to which section 8 of this Constitution applies, shall not be passed in either House of the National Assembly unless the proposal is supported by the votes of not less than two-thirds majority of all the members of that House and approved by resolution of the Houses of Assembly of not less than two-thirds of all the States.

Going by the emboldened, we can SAFELY say that irrespective of the overwhelming support the proposal may have in the NASS, it is still subject to the approval of two-thirds of all 36 States Houses of Assembly. Will the States support the amendment? How long will that take (considering that each States Houses of Assembly may conduct public hearing and seek the views of stakeholders/constituents before arriving at a decision)?

Is The Proposed Immunity Pro-Nigeria or Pro-Corruption?
It is very unfortunate that our federal legislators in their bid to protect some of their own from facing corruption and criminal offences seek to tow this inglorious path. This is even coming at a time when the call for the removal of immunity clause from Vice President, Governors and Deputy Governors is very high. What kind of immunity does the leaders of the parliament need when parliamentarians already enjoy legislative immunity(that is they won't be arrested/prosecuted for whatever they do on the floor of the parliament)? This move is at best anti-Nigeria and pro-corruption. Beside, it is alien to any democracy that parliamentary leaders enjoy immunity from arrest and prosecution. It is unheard of even in the USA that our democracy is modelled from.

It is unfortunate that our parliamentarians have taken such futile exercise as matter of importance instead of legislating on issues that affects the common man. Finally, I wish to assure members of the NASS that their proposed effort to grant their leaders such privilege is futile, unpatriotic and shall be resisted. We are waiting...

May God Bless Us All
Immuniry does"nt prevent a public office be it a president or wahtsoever drom beign investigated is just that they will nt be convicted for the time beign

Mtn are jst pathetic am scared of recharging my line cos everydat I recharge I will waje up and realize some money is beign deducted from my account with no reason
PhonesMtn Are Shameless Thieves by mygee2(op): 12:41pm On Sep 15, 2015
I was using mtn line for the past half decate.i kept my patience from stupid callertunes charges, to inefficient customer care agent who always tell me same story when I try to lodge a complain(we have refresh your line remove d sim and insert again) ,to stealing my hard earn airtime.
Fastforward when ncc introduces porting of service provider I opt to try another network I choosed etisalat tobe precise I walkin a to thier walk in centre which happen tobe a mobile toyota hiace bus which they painted with thier black and green with thier 0809ja acronym I meet a man which likely happens tobe the driver he ask"d me what do I want? I told him I want to port my sim.he broughg some tool like that while I was keenly observing he cut my mtn sim and gave me which I realised he thoughg I was trying to cut my sim into a micosim,he told mee 5o naira ...i then replied I was"nt trying to cut the sim I want to port the he direct me to the back of th truck which I met a computer operator and told him I want to port my sim he ask my why I want to port my sim I told him I was disappointed by mtn to my shock and suprise he told me etisalat with disappoint me also I just did"nt reply him cause the guy seems arrogant and foolish because as an employee he is supoose to encourage nt discourage his emloyee customers .
He gave me a form to fill in which I did and ask me some oral questions bla bla he gave me a new sim pack and say when I notice my mtn sim service is down I should insert it.he ask me for porting fee of 200.which I tell me I knw abt the system more than he thinks bla bla bla before I went ofr
I kept tryng to make calls with my mtn sim which I saw was going through ..i thought the portinv was unsuccessful..i woke up in the morning which I saw enervency calls only on my fone I broughg the etisalat sim pack which I insert it .i gt a prompt message that my porting was successful I was curious I call my no as saw was normx
Fastforward after a month of using my etisalat I saw I was charged caller tunes fee which I did"jt subscribe to then I recalled the computer opertor"s word telling me they will also disappoint me I becme so furious and was thing what to do next I opt to call to customer care which after procedure I dial a number to link me to thier representative I lodged my complaint he apologised and told me I will be compensated with 10mb of data and my money I"ll be refunded to me..which was done promptly after we hang up..
Later two weeks ago I lost my ported sim which I gt no option than to temporaly insert an old mtn sim I recharge I was given 10 mb 10mb making 20mb I begin to surf some site with ucweb and off the browsing pics I clicked jst 2pages and gt an alert message indicqtinv I was beign charged from my accnt balance I minimized the browser and dialed*559# nd saw my mb bonus intact I kept my calm nd w wen t to bed and woke saw 100 wqs deductet from my account I cound"nt be less patience and call thier customer care they kept hanging my calls without picking I tried for like an hour to be picked by one of thier agent who claim he is not hearing what I was saying ang hang up,i tried like 4 times when I gt picked by thier agent I told him I was charged for nonreason I he didbthier regular drill that he will check up on my line and to my surprise he told me that I"ve been recieving a message with a short number which am unaware and I was having callertunes which the tune was one digusting advert song of mtn I said I did"nt unaware and did"nt subscribe to that and he told me that what his system is showing to him...
So asbi finished typing these poo to express my anger am breaking these shameless corpate service providers robbers sim and heading to whereverbto have ky etisalat welcome back

Pls guya no bash me with my poor grammer I was jst expressing my feelings out of anger to feel relived

PoliticsRe: Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu And The British Connection. by mygee2(m): 4:26pm On Sep 09, 2015
bolaino:
There's a saying that those who the gods want to kill, they first make mad. Nnamdi kanu is a mad man, and he has being destined to be killed, either by his British handlers or in the hands of Patriotic Nigerians, but either way, the gods have marked him for death, hence his current madness. It is only a mad man that would call his fellow human beings animals and refer to them as people living in a zoo, these are not rantings of a sane man, but someone who the gods have made mad because they want to kill him, I pity the millions of Ibo people supporting him and his quest for Biafra, this proves that the Ibo people in Nigeria are not a forgiving people, and that they would rather die than forgive, and it is because of this reason that I am in full support of the Government of Buhari in dealing with their ongoing acts of insurrection. Nnamdi Kanu is currently being sponsored by foreign Governments, and the British being one of them, with their American Counterparts giving him all the moral backing he needs to continue his Crazed rantings of killing Innocent Nigerians, But not to worry, Nnamdi Kanu is just a pawn in the chess board, he is of no consequence, because he will be dead soon, it is the gullible millions of Ibo people falling for his antics that I pity, The Ibo people can not handle the things that are coming next, and the painful thing is that whether they chose to accept it or not Nigeria will remain One, they will be forced to accept one Nigeria whether they like it or not. The Ibo people of Nigeria can not set Nigeria backwards, No, The devil wants to use them to set us back, but it will not work. The world is about to fight a world war, and Nigeria does not need a civil war that would make us vulnerable to foreign aggression, so to all the Biafran agitators in Nigeria, be careful. Do not allow the devil to use you. Long Live The Federal Republic of Nigeria.
There are some unanswered questions about these connection
Is n kanu under asylum or visa if visa there is a quote at back of the passport "nigeria has all right to withraw the issued passport except he is under astlum non nigerian or illegal immigrant
2 The british are demonic set of pple who would do anything to protect thier intrest with recent imminentveconomic disaster of britain which was shown clearly in past years international influence and recent immigrant disaster
