The cow is either a pet or an investment.

We have seen/heard of people who have died while rescuing their dogs or cats. It is not new.

If the cow is an investment, people have died because their shops are in fire and they tried to save some of their goods.

It is not absurd and the young man gave his life for what he believed was right. He deserves respect
