If you submit at the embassy midway through January & February comes & they're still delaying issuing the visa, is there still any chance you could still be granted the visa in February considering that the admission runs through just January according to the admission letter? Or is it that once the month of admission has elapsed & they've not issued the visa, there's no chance of being issued the visa again even though you submitted within the month of admission? Thanks.

If anybody insist on still coming here, I'm always available to help process your documents.
These are the procedures:
For student:
1. Contact the school and send your waec or transcript to them for assessment.

2. If you're qualified, they will tell you to send someone living in Philippines to process your admission letter out.

3. The person will take the pay a certain amount to obtain the admission letter from the registrar's office.

4. The person will proceed to the school attorney pay a certain amount to notorize the admission letter.

5. The person would then travel to Manila to the ministry of foreign affairs to attach RED RIBBON to the admission letter. He/she would also pay a certain fee.

6. Depending on where the person is coming from, he/she might sleep over in an hotel. E.g Baguio to Manila is about 6hours journey. So you won't expect the person to board a bus immediately and go home. He definitely needs to rest.

7. The final stage is the posting of the document to nigeria through a courier service.


For tourist:
The processes is almost the same.

These processes cost money.
