IPOB PRESS RELEASE | 08/04/2022 SPONSORRS OF ATROCITIES IN BIAFRA LAND WILL SOON BE EXPOSED - IPOB We the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU, wish to reiterate once again to Biafrans, friends of Biafra and lovers of freedom, that IPOB has to hands in the criminality and insecurity being perpetrated in Biafra territory by imported hoodlums, dissidents and wicked politicians. Those behind this barbarity are not IPOB members or ESN operatives. This atrocities are witnessed more in the region where politicians fighting themselves for selfish reasons. We totally condemn the killing of 6 innocent women in Imo State by hired hoodlums as they shared rice presented by Hope Uzodinma. We condemn those who were behind the murdering of those women and we must fishout the perpetrators of this heinous crime against our mothers. Our mothers were raped by these vampires created and sponsored by politicians in Imo State to terrorise our people and implicate IPOB and ESN members. Anybody who is involved in such heinous act must regret his or her wicked action. The perpetrators of this barbarity should be ready to reap the fruit of their labour. IPOB has been pursuing the freedom for the people of former Eastern region and Midwestern regions since 9 years without involving in any act of criminality but some people in their desperation to blackmail IPOB and Nnamdi KANU, these dissidents and unfortunate people claiming they are working for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu emerged with their evil agenda and their emergence of these criminals has turned our region into a very dangerous situation because some unscrupulous politicians are behind and sponsoring them. We also condemn the numerus abductions, car snatching, raping and attacks on so many institutions in our land. We strongly condemn the recent attacks on Nnewi South LGA, the burning of the country home of Ohaneze Ndigbo President, Professor George Obiozor in Awo mmamma Imo State and the attack on the palace of HRH Igwe Anayo Obika of Ezinfite Nnewi South. Those behind these devilish acts will regret their actions. What these vampires did was sacrilege and IPOB volunteers, ESN and God Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama will not allow them to go unpunished. These vampires should know that they were born by women and have no rights whatsoever to take lives or lay hands on mothers and women. The recent killing of our 6 mothers and women from Owerriebeiri Community in Orlu LGA of Imo State will mark the end of those behind this wickedness. Their days are numbered. The spirit and land of Biafra will hunt them down. We advise our people to be circumspect this political season as enemies of Biafra have schemed different ways of causing havoc in our land and blaming it on IPOB and Biafra agitators to further demonise us. Everybody should be wise and vigilant. IPOB doesn't spill blood. Anybody staging attack anywhere has nothing to do with IPOB. The insecurity and killing of our innocent citizens are unacceptable by IPOB worldwide and we must bring down those behind this devilish activities. We are urging the Governors and other politicians to join hands with IPOB under Mazi Nnamdi KANU to stop the unnecessary waste of lives in our region and stop the RISING waste of lives in our territory because it might turn against you tomorrow. Never think that you are free because if you continue sponsoring these criminals we will mention your name in the near future and IPOB will start pursuing you because many of you have sponsored the death of our people. IPOB is not part of the unknown gunmen or those criminals suffering our peoplle. Stop sponsoring the untimely death of innocent folks. We are aware that Fulani- controlled federal government of Nigeria paid them to demonise us. The entire world knows our methodology and our operational strategy. IPOB is a peaceful movement and will maintain discipline until Biafra is finally achieved. The killing of our people must stop whether or not the criminals want it. IPOB is fighting to liberate our people from the bondage of Fulani terrorist nation called Nigeria. IPOB has no business with unknown gunmen, and we will soon expose those behind the monster. We will expose those behind the killings in the whole land of Biafra in no distance future. IPOB is a well sophisticated movement. There is no hiding place for those behind these devilish activities thinking they will demonise IPOB and ESN members in the face of global world. COMRADE EMMA POWERFUL MEDIA AND PUBLICITY SECRETARY FOR IPOB. |
Nigeria’s secret police, Department of State Services on Friday brought over 200 thugs to court as the trial of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu resumes. Kanu is expected to appear in the Federal High Court, Abuja today (Friday), in continuation of his trial. SaharaReporters observed that the secret police came to the court with a truckload of thugs while denying lawyers, court workers, journalists, activists and supporters access to the court premises. It was gathered that the thugs arrived at the court premises with clubs, machetes, gasoline bombs and other weapons. Sources told SaharaReporters that DSS officers had instructed the thugs to specifically target human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore and attack anyone who openly shows support for Kanu. “The DSS brought out over 200 thugs to court. While denying access to lawyers and some court workers, the secret police gave access to the thugs armed with gasoline bombs, swords, machetes and clubs,” one of the sources told SaharaReporters. Another source noted that he sighted a DSS officer meeting with the thugs and passing instructions to them. “An elderly DSS official working with policemen in mufti from the Federal Secretariat police station met with the thugs this morning in front of ‘Abia House’ around the court,” the source said. “They gave instructions to the thugs to fight anyone who openly demonstrates in support of the IPOB leader. “The officer told them to specifically target human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore who has regularly attended the court trial and had been frequently violently attacked by government agents within the court area.” Sowore has been attacked in the presence of DSS and police officers many times on the court premises while the security agents look on. Though Sowore has repeatedly asked for justice regarding the multiple assaults, none of the thugs has been arrested or charged to court by the police. The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court (FHC) in Abuja, Justice John Tsoho, had released a new practice direction for the trial of terrorism suits before the Court, such as the case of Kanu. Justice Tsoho stated that the new practice direction is in the exercise of his constitutional powers as contained in Section 254 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 (as amended). The Federal High Court on Thursday stated this in a directory referred to as “Practice Directions On Trial of Terrorism Cases,” obtained by SaharaReporters. By this new directive, the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Justice Tsoho further noted that “the distance and size of perimeters to be secured for the trial shall be determined based on the recommendation of security agencies on a case-by-case basis.” |

Wife Of Youth Leader, Ntari Hassan Illegally Detained By Lawless DSS For 10 Months Over Alleged Links With IPOB, Cries Out Ntari was arrested by the operatives of the DSS in his office at Mumuye House, Mile Six, Jalingo, Taraba State on May 6, 2021, on allegation of having links with the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). BY SAHARAREPORTERS, NEW YORKAPR 03, 2022 ANigerian woman, Mrs Caroline Markus; the wife of detained National President of Mumuye Youths, Ntari Hassan Danladi has accused the Department of State Services (DSS) and Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami of illegally detaining her husband. Ntari was arrested by the operatives of the DSS in his office at Mumuye House, Mile Six, Jalingo, Taraba State on May 6, 2021, on allegation of having links with the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). She said her husband was arrested without a warrant and subsequently locked up at a Military Holding Facility in Wawa, Niger State. A distraught Caroline, who could not control her emotions, spoke to SaharaReporters at the weekend. According to her, life has become miserable for her and her little daughter since Ntari was arrested. She said the secret police had refused to release her husband despite a court order ordering that he should be released from detention, thereby subjecting the family to untold hardship. Caroline disclosed that Ntari's parents have been crying day and night over his arrest as he is the breadwinner of the family. "Please, release my husband; let him come back to us. His parents are crying every day. He has no one to take care of them and nobody to take care of us. I am calling on the government to release my husband from detention. He has been arrested and detained since May 2021. "A Federal High Court in Abuja has given an order that he should be released but the DSS and the Attorney General of the Federation (Malami) have refused to obey the order," she said. SaharaReporters had on February 16, 2022, exclusively reported how Justice A.I. Chikere threatened to jail the Director-General of DSS, Yusuf Bichi over the continued detention of Ntari despite an order for his release. The Director-General in a motion marked FHC/ABJ/CS/450/2021, and filed on February 18, 2022, told the court to hold Malami and the Nigerian Army responsible for the continued detention of the youth leader. He also prayed the court to vacate the order of committal proceedings issued against him, adding that the service had transferred the case of Ntari to the AGF (Malami) for prosecution upon the completion of an investigation. The motion read in part: "That upon completion of an investigation, the case file of the Respondents was forwarded to the Attorney-General of the Federation for prosecution while the Respondents were transferred to the military facility at Wawa in Niger State where terrorists are being tried. "That the Order of Court was still in subsistence when the Applicant moved the Respondents to Military Holding Facility, Wawa, Kainji, Niger State for speedy prosecution, as a prima facie case of Terrorism has been established against the Respondents. "That I know as a fact that the Respondents and their case files are no longer in the Applicant's custody and as such, the Applicant cannot account for them. "That the Applicant did not disobey the Court Order of 29th November 2021 out of disrespect, as the Respondents are no longer in the Applicant's custody. "That the Respondent is not in the habit of disregarding Court Orders." Bichi claimed that it is the Nigerian Army that controls the Military Holding Facility at Wawa and not the DSS, therefore the service could not release or produce the suspect as ordered by the court. Meanwhile, the Nigerian Army through the Chief of Army Staff, said in a letter to Ntari's lawyer, Danladi P. D. Pius, who had earlier written a letter asking for Ntari’s release, that only the DSS can direct them to do that. But the AGF (Malami) in a letter dated March 28, 2022, to acknowledge Pius' letter demanding Ntari’s release, said he would like to hear from the Nigerian Army on the case. Reacting to the development in an interview with SaharaReporters, Ntari's lawyer, Pius said, "It appears we are going round and round with each institution pushing the baton of the blame on the other. "We shall continue to push until justice is done in line with the law. We shall also be filing N100 billion damages action against all of them." |

SAN MIKE OZEKHOMEN to Bar. LABARAN and lordship binta nyako; "Again you raised issues of endsars that happened in Lagos and uli that nnamdi kanu fueled the terror in that protest via his utterances, no. Problems, but this is ABUJA and not lagos and uli which you mentioned hence there is a federal high court in Lagos which should be trying this case then and not ABUJA, because the constitution gave all high courts its jurisdiction and this abuja high court can only judge cases which took place on the soil of abuja not lagos and uli hence this case should be transfered to lagos and uli which you have mentioned and leave binta nyako out of this case".. Binta nyako responded : nodding and turned to LABARAN and she said " what do you say LABARAN ".. Labaran : " taking a deep sigh, HMMMMM"... LolzzzzzZZZ ÓKÚ DÍ OVER!!!!
