The actress who recently announced the completion of her home has found herself in a state of mourning after her mom passed.

Taking to social media, Omobutty penned a moving message to her mum writing;


“Mum, I saved this post, this epistle this write up for you mother, to use as celebration for my house warming. I intended to post your picture instead of the house… dedicating that achievement to you. But now you are gone���. This is painful oh God!!! Greatest loss���.

I woke up this morning laying on my bed, I heard my mom calling my daughter “bring your mom’s cloth so I can wash” at her old age my mother still want to serve me �. I dare not say no to her or that I will dry clean my cloths o�. So I went down memory lane…�
You suffer too much for us especially me. Should I talk about the days at LUTH! Ha Mummy thank you so much. If you had left that goitre on my neck. How will I look today? Yes I might have done the surgery by now but it won’t be without fear and…. but You sold all you could to make sure it was removed at that tender age. You said my daughter is too beautiful to be disfigured…You did it all alone. I will never take you for granted my pearl.

And my kids came. Still you stood for me.Thank you for taking the responsibilities of these two on you. If you had left me when they came. Mother I won’t be where I am today. You took the burden of child rearing off me completely. Mine is only to breastfeed and the rest over to you.
You took my first son so I could go back to school. You said Abbey you must go to the university o! I took care of you, I’m your mother so why won’t I take care of your son? Go back to school your son is safe.
Mummy I wish I can go on and on. You’ve been a pillar.’
I could have fallen if I don’t have you in my life…
Mummy you have started reaping the fruits of your labor may you eat till you’re fully toothless �. I love you. Thanks for giving my life a meaning.

For the late mothers I pray they continue to Rest In Peace�.

Drunk 200 Level student kills final year student in an auto crash on campus .

A final year Civil Engineering student of the Cross River University of Technology, CRUTECH, has died after being knocked down by a fellow student said to be driving under the influence.

Joseph Agbor was crushed, yesterday, by a 200 Level student, near the Faculty of Engineering. He later died while being rush to the hospital.

Man who missed Ethopian Airlines flight by minutes shares emotional post
A Greek man said he missed the Ethiopian Airlines flight that crashed just after taking off from Addis Ababa by mere minutes, in a Facebook post that has now been shared thousands of times.

In a post called “My Lucky Day,” Antonis Mavropoulos shared an image of what appears to be his boarding pass and says he arrived at his gate just after boarding had finished on Sunday morning.

He wrote on Facebook in Greek which is translated below

March 10, 2019-my lucky day
Running to catch flight et 302 Addis Ababa – Nairobi, which crashed 6 minutes after taking off, I had my nerves because there was no one to help me go fast. I lost it for two minutes, when I arrived, the boarding was closed and I watched the last passengers in tunnel go in – I screamed to put me in but they didn’t allow it. In fact, the flight lost it because I didn’t give a suitcase (otherwise they would expect me for 10-15 minutes or more, because finding a suitcase loaded wants at least 40 minutes). Also, as I learned later, I lost her because I came out first and very quickly from the plane and the connection ambassador who came to receive me didn’t find me

Airport people, kind, promoted me to the next flight that would leave at 11:20, they apologized for the inconvenience and transferred me to a nice lounge for the-waiting.



On 10:50, as we joined the next flight, two security officers informed me that for security reasons that a senior officer will explain to me, they will not allow my boarding. In my intense protests they left no margin of discussion and led me to their superior, to the airport police department.

He told me gently not to protest and say thank you to God, because I am the only passenger who did not enter the flight et 302 which is missing. And that this was why they can’t let me go, until I determine who I am, because I didn’t get on the flight and everything. At First I thought he was lying, but his style left no margin of doubt.

I felt the ground lost under my feet, but I came back in 1-2 seconds because I thought something else would happen, some communication problem maybe. People were kind, they asked that they had to ask, they my elements and let me wait.

They made me sit in a living room and they told me to wait there until they warn me.

I was looking on the internet to find elements for the flight, friends from Nairobi informed me that 30 minutes after the expected time had not landed and there was no information about her luck and suddenly all the wifi of the airport.

Fortunately there are sms – from close friend I learned that the flight crashed almost just took off and that the issue was going out in the Greek media.

Then I realized that I must immediately contact my own people and tell them that I was not in and that for two small random circumstances I lost the flight – the moment I made that thought i collapsed because then exactly I realized how lucky I stood.

This text I wrote to manage my shock. I’m posting it because I want to tell everyone that the invisible and, nēmatídia of fortune, the out-of-plan circumstances knit the web in which our life is taken. It’s millions of small threads we almost never feel – but one to break is enough to feed the whole web instantly.

Really, it’s the first time I’m so glad I wrote a post and I’m grateful to live and that I have so many friends that made me feel their love – kisses to all and a warm thank you for your touching support. Special citation reference for early surgery and support to Jeroen Par Dijk Panos Fragiadakis Haris Kamariotakis and a big sorry to my family for the shock you’ve been looking for.

Maybe not too old to rock n roll – but certainly too young to die…

The ex-wife of an unemployed New Jersey man who just claimed his $273 million Mega Millions jackpot told the New York Post on Thursday that she has no plans to reunite with her ex despite his new-found wealth.

“He’s not appealing to me all of a sudden because he has this money,” Eileen Murray told the paper.

According to Fox News, The couple was married for 15 years until they divorced last October. She told the Post that she paid spousal support and continues to make payments.


“I’m not going after anything. I have morals. I know what I’ve worked for and its everything that I have,” she said.

Murray also said she doesn’t think her ex-husband will reach out to offer her any of the cash, but hopes he “does the right thing.”

“Think about it. How long did I work? How long did I support him? I had to give him a lot of money in the divorce,” Murray said. “You tell me what’s the moral thing to do.”

Murray’s ex-husband said he’d been actively searching for a job over the last year but never received an interview, the Daily Mail reported.

He said he left his two tickets he purchased at the store and a “good Samaritan” reportedly handed them over to the clerk.

“I’m looking for the guy that handed them in,” Weirsky told the Mail. “I’m gonna give him something.”
