RealityKings1:
Its actually 2 moons.
Its a blessing in the skies
On several occasions in 2012 I saw the sun and two moons making it 3 , at the same time ....
Thank God I'm not alone, I remember back then , no one believed except a friend who saw it with me, infact, he was with me the day I saw the 3.

Nairaland GeneralRe: My Experience In Jaiz Bank by Mysteriousworld:
Kdon2:
I have been worried about something for a while and I feel I can share this with my NL people...
I ll go straight to the point.

I have been using banks, lots of them in years now. So when jaiz bank came on board I decided to see what products they have to offer. Well I saw that they have some product that I could use for my business so I registered with the bank as customer. Then I got people around me to also register at the bank. So we started doing business with the bank. However, in the course of my business with this bank I started having a rethink because I always feel threatened in the bank no matter how friendly they seem to be. So I m considering pulling out from the bank. As in close my account with them. Because what's the point if you don't feel comfortable or safe in a banking environment that is suppose to project overwhelming safety and feeling of protection! The issue is I realized that whenever I went to the bank for anything, be it withdrawals or to deposit money I always have this weird feeling of unease in their banking hall that I don't feel in any other banks... I always have the mental image like I m among Boko Haram or bandits and that anything can happen or go horribly wrong any moment. It's really a creepy feeling. So please I need your advice. Should I abandon the bank?
. It is well

None can compete. No blockchain can "kill" Ethereum at the moment. Even though, Solana is the most competitive due to its speed and expanding ecosystem, but it is plagued by reliability difficulties. The BNB Smart Chain gains from Binance's support because of Binance-CZ's influence in the space, but it compromises decentralization. Cardano, Avalanche, and Polkadot have intriguing features but are not as widely used as Ethereum. The future is likely multi-chain, with Ethereum retaining dominance in safe, decentralized apps and competitors flourishing in specialized sectors. See 99.9% of Alts waiting on ETH for altseason including the ones you mentioned above.
EtH is only playing in Xdc's spot at the moment.

Nairaland GeneralRe: Is Bybit Legal In India? My Bybit Referral Code: 56612 by Mysteriousworld: 8:04am On Aug 05, 2025
ShedyBrizy:
Hey there! If you're here, I bet you're curious about Bybit. Maybe you're wondering, "Is this platform even legal in India?" or "Should I be worried about breaking any laws?" Let’s be honest—crypto trading always has that mysterious vibe around it, like it’s some secret club. But don't sweat it. I'm here to spill all the tea (or chai, if you prefer ☕).

So, grab your favorite snack, and let’s dive into the world of Bybit, legality, and why this matters to YOU. Spoiler alert: By the end, you’ll feel like a pro! 🚀

What is Bybit? And Why's Everyone Talking About It? 🤔
Bybit is a cryptocurrency exchange, a fancy term for a platform where you can trade digital currencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and a bunch of other cryptos. Think of it as the stock market, but for digital money. Here’s why Bybit stands out:

1. User-Friendly: Bybit makes crypto trading smooth, even for beginners. It's like the friendly teacher you always wished you had.
2. Advanced Tools: For the pros out there, Bybit offers features like futures trading, leverage options, and more. It’s a playground for crypto geeks. 🤓
3. Bonuses Galore: Who doesn’t love free stuff? Bybit has referral codes (like mine: 56612) and promotions to keep things exciting.

But let's not get carried away with the "coolness" of Bybit yet. The burning question remains: Is Bybit legal in India?

Is Bybit Legal in India?
Yes, it’s legal to use Bybit in India. But like everything in life, the details matter. Let me break it down:

1. The Law Isn’t Clear-Cut
Cryptocurrency in India is still in a gray area. There’s no official law that says, "Crypto trading is illegal." At the same time, there’s no full-throated “Crypto is 100% approved!” either. The government is working on creating regulations, but for now, you’re free to trade on platforms like Bybit.

2. RBI and Supreme Court Drama
Here’s a bit of history: Back in 2018, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) tried to ban banks from supporting crypto transactions. It felt like a “Game Over” moment for crypto enthusiasts. But in 2020, the Supreme Court swooped in and overturned the ban. Since then, crypto trading has been fair game!

3. Taxes: The "Uh-Oh" Moment
The legal landscape isn’t just about "Can I trade?" It’s also about "Do I owe money to the government?" In India, crypto earnings are taxable. If you’re making profits on Bybit, you need to report them under the "Income from Other Sources" category or as capital gains, depending on how you trade. Don’t skip this step—it’s crucial to stay on the right side of the law.

Why Should You Care About Bybit's Legal Status? 🤷‍♂️
Knowing whether Bybit is legal is not just about following the rules. It’s about:
Peace of Mind: You don’t want to wake up worrying if you're breaking any laws.
Future-Proofing: The government might bring in new rules. Staying informed means you won’t be caught off guard.
Tax Compliance: Reporting your earnings keeps you out of trouble.

How to Start Trading on Bybit (and Why My Code Matters 😏)
So, you’re ready to dip your toes into the world of Bybit? Awesome! Here’s your step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Sign Up
Head over to Bybit’s website.

Step 2: Complete Verification
Bybit follows KYC (Know Your Customer) norms. Upload your documents, and you’re good to go!
Step 3: Deposit Funds
Transfer crypto from your wallet or deposit using fiat options. (Heads up: INR deposits aren’t directly supported, but don’t worry—we’ll cover workarounds.)
Step 4: Trade Like a Pro
Explore Bybit’s trading options: spot trading, futures, or even copy trading where you mimic other traders’ strategies. It’s like karaoke but for trading!
Step 5: Withdraw and Repeat
Made some gains? Congrats! Withdraw your earnings and keep the cycle going.

Extras That Make Bybit Worth It 🌟
Bybit isn’t just another crypto exchange. It offers unique features that make it stand out:
1. Test Your Skills with Demo Trading: Not ready to risk your money? Bybit lets you practice with virtual funds. It’s like a video game but with real-world skills.
2. Super Low Fees: Bybit’s trading fees are competitive, meaning you keep more of your earnings.
3. Learn on the Go: Bybit has educational resources to help you level up. Knowledge is power, right? 💪

Why I Stick with Bybit ❤️
Here’s the deal: Crypto trading isn’t just about making money. It’s about learning, experimenting, and staying ahead of the curve. Bybit makes that journey super smooth for me. From the intuitive design to the exciting bonuses, it’s a platform that keeps me coming back.

Oh, and did I mention the referral bonuses? Yep—using my referral code 56612 means you can join the fun with a head start. 🎉

FAQs About Bybit in India 🤔
Here’s a bonus round of FAQs to clear up any lingering doubts:

1. Is Bybit banned in India?
Nope! It’s not banned. You can trade on Bybit without any legal issues.

2. Can I deposit INR on Bybit?
Direct INR deposits aren’t supported, but you can use other platforms to convert INR to crypto first.

3. What happens if India bans crypto?
If the government ever bans crypto, platforms like Bybit may stop operations in the country. But for now, you’re good to go!

4. Is Bybit safe to use?
Yes! Bybit has robust security features. Just make sure to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for extra safety.

5. Do I need to file taxes for crypto gains?
Absolutely. Report your earnings while filing taxes to avoid penalties.

Final Thoughts 🏁
To wrap things up: Yes, Bybit is legal in India. Should you trade? That’s entirely up to you. Remember, crypto trading comes with risks, but if you’re willing to learn and stay cautious, it can be incredibly rewarding.

So, what are you waiting for? Dive in, explore Bybit, and don’t forget to use my referral code 56612 when you sign up. Let’s conquer the crypto world together! 🚀

1. If you could not control your own mother and father— people you share DNA with, what makes you think you possess the power to control a stranger by blood— a husband or a wife? No woman can control her husband, and no man can control his wife unless he wields some sort of material power or substance over her undecided

The most ridiculous of all of this is that it is you very kind, who would look for ways to demonize women who control their husbands in marriage. I have seen enough threads on Nairaland created by men complaining of how upset they are because their brother's or relative's wife seems to be controlling their reach in the marriage. Here you are suggesting women should seek ways to control their husbands by way of manipulative tactics, but the moment you discover such in a woman, you are the first to stab her with all sorts of names for daring to stand up above her husband's very own will. People like you are notoriously hypocritical munchkins.🙄🙄🙄

2. If you wish for a woman to serve you as a sycophant would serve a master, then you should ensure you can pay for her submission in its entirety. Otherwise, expect to get no submission from her or lose whatever it is you previously got from her the moment you are no longer able to pay up. undecided

3. If you are suggesting that wives engage in manipulative tactics in marriage to get by, then you really must hate women. undecided

4. So, you are asking women to submit to foolish men? Are you alright at all? undecided

5. Wrong! I am afraid it seems you don't realize the meaning of the terms you keep throwing out at all. Honor is given to those who deserve it, not to those who think they are entitled... only sycophants pretend to give honor to entitled souls in return for material goods. undecided
People like you will destroy good marriages.
A man should love his wife, and the wife should submit to her husband. Simple as ABC... CETFINI....

My father bought some shares before I was born, among which is Nigerian Breweries PLC shares. While alive he was cashing the dividends on monthly basis, but now he's dead. Because of the fact that my siblings and I were still very young when he died, we didn't quite follow up on those shares and he never got the oppurtunity to put us through. Now that we're grown, we've searched every where for the share certificate but to no avail, meanwhile the dividend warrants keep pouring in but we cannot cash them. Pls my dear people of Nairaland what can I do to regain this investment..
How did you go about it, pls share.

1. Why not demand learn how to work on their faults to fix them first? Why should it be on the woman to know how to respond? undecided

2. There is no way to control what you submit to. It is contradictory to pretend that which is master over you can equally be ruled over by you. If you believe it is possible to submit and control that which is master over you, why not sell the idea to the men instead? huh

3. Men do the same to women, so why pretend women do worse? undecided

4. There is no truth to that claim at all given that there is no data to prove this idea. undecided

5. Here's advice for you. Move out of your comfort zone to see and find that the world of human relationships is a lot more complex and beyond gender than what you spew there. Humans are humans regardless of their gender. undecided
Im not blaming anyone for anything, just talking of what I observed.
When you submit to your husband ,yes you can indirectly control the husband, women have fallen many mighty men that men were scared of, because those mighty men trusted their women, how will he trust you when you're not submissive?
It's just like saying Honor, when you're good at honoring, you'll keep receiving from the same source and your request won't become to much, if you're good at honouring your helper.

You say this thinking your friend did not see the red flags or know of all you extracted from her, right? 🙄🙄🙄

2. It is always the woman's fault, isn't it? Those men who go into marriage believing themselves providers — help meet for the women— an idea, that is openly pronounced tradition in the male-dominated cultures of Nigeria where men seek glory in marriage, by the way, are never at fault, abi? 🙄🙄🙄
In most cases that ive seen , its the mans fault.
But then, women should know how to respond.
Theres a way youll submit that you'll even be able to control your husband....instead, these days, it seems their style is to shock you...lolll
You won't see it coming... You'll then realize the person you were planning with just few weeks or months ago had other plans, (because of "his" faults).
You should even feel Lucky to be alive, she still cooked the food you ate last night grin grin grin
Well, then, on the long run, it's easier for a man to re settle down than it is for a woman, (in Nigeria, if them no chop half of your property grin grin grin, excluding this), many of the consequences they don't think of initially..... Later they say, and Tunde was not that bad o, and we could have made it work out o, they then start advising young ones. a few are lucky though. Just as some men never recover from divorce also.

You heard from only your friends , u should have heard also from their wives for a balanced view. That said, look, social media and marriage are like cats and dogs. The more you are too active on social media and not keeping anything about your home private, the more the risk of your home breaking down.,So my advice, if you are on social media, keep every matter of your home and marriage out of it. Secondly, avoid giving out too much info about your home to outsiders; not all of them wish u well genuinely.
Youre right, but for that my good friend, I spoke to his wife, with the intention of helping them settle things, after the conversation, I told my friend God really saved him, that he should rejoice she left just like that. Smiles.....
It is well. .I think the problem is from the set of women who believe a man is a help meet, those trained to be help meet for their men make their men so lucky to have them.
