The recent FG measures are not enough. The solution is total shut down of the country. This disease must not be allowed to spread to the rural areas. If it happens, our few ill equiped hospitals will be overwhelmed. Our people will die like chicken. Our situation will be worse than Italy. The time to act is now. The statement & measures from el rufai even though it fell short of a total lock down, it is what we need 2 do 4 the country. The govt should act now or else history will not be on their side when their handling of convid 19 out break is compared with Goodluck Jonathan handling of ebola virus out break.

This is a case of administering drugs after death. This govt refused 2 discourage Nigerians from travelling to china & coming back home. If this kind of action was taken when convid 19 was only in china, Nigeria would have being safe. This is leadership failure. All the measures taken by FG & states govt are not enough. Nigeria should be locked down completely. No religious gathering, Markets should be closed, infact everybody should remain indoors pending when the virus is contained else more infections will continue.

He has taken the right step. That primitive tradition can not continue in modern society. I see his removal and house arrest as temporal. I have the strong belief that APC Will be voted out in 2023 after which he will come back to his throne.

The govt has now realize that the disease is no respecter of any person. I remember when mr Lai mohammed was briefing jounalist after a meeting when he said that the govt will not stop Nigerians from traveling to and fro china. Which also means that people from countries affected by CONVID-19 are free 2 come to Nigeria without restriction by allowing the Italian to enter Nigeria and spread the disease. If we are serious we must stop people coming from CONVID-19 affected countries from coming to Nigeria or they should quarantine such pending when they are certified to be free.

It is a welcome development but they should give us 24 hours electricity & stop approving govt budgetary proposals for generators.
