Airports are closed to international flights already.
Land borders are closed too.

The recent FG measures are not enough. The solution is total shut down of the country. This disease must not be allowed to spread to the rural areas. If it happens, our few ill equiped hospitals will be overwhelmed. Our people will die like chicken. Our situation will be worse than Italy. The time to act is now. The statement & measures from el rufai even though it fell short of a total lock down, it is what we need 2 do 4 the country. The govt should act now or else history will not be on their side when their handling of convid 19 out break is compared with Goodluck Jonathan handling of ebola virus out break.

The country has recorded four new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has said.

It said this brings the total number of infected persons in Nigeria to 40 as of 11:00 pm on Monday.

NCDC confirmed this in a Monday night tweet.

According to the agency, three of the new cases are in Lagos while the other one is in Abuja.

"Four new cases of #COVID19 have been confirmed in Nigeria. 3 are in Lagos State and 1 in FCT.

"Two of these cases are returning travellers.

"As at 11:00 pm on the 23rd of March, there are 40 confirmed cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria. 2 have been discharged with 1 death recorded," the agency said.

how I wish my boss would allow me comply to the stay at home order. My boss is a woman, she loves money with all her mind and soul, she would not allow a day pass without making money for herself. Month has almost ended and would not want to loose my hard earned March salary to Jezebel the iron lady cos she would take advantage of one day without work to tell u that there would be no salary for the month for not coming to work for a day. I sincerely feel we have bad and irresponsible leaders in Nigeria. The talks Lai Mohammed gave and claims that no need for closure of borders and point of entry against Covid-19 are actually the one of the causes of extensive spread of this virus on the home front.

There is a simple self check you can do ; Take a deep breath and hold your breath for more than 10 seconds.
lf you complete it successful without coughing, without discomfort, stiffness or tightness, etc , it proves there is no fibrosis in the lungs, basically indicates no infection. In critical time please self-check every morning in an environment with clean air.

These are just 40 known cases by NCDC.

How about the unknown ones.

The foolishness of everybody is to blamed. I can't believe some pastors and priests still opened doors for people to come in.
Yesterday in the evening, I am almost crying where I was begging a friend not to go for evening church service. He vividly refused and insisted that he must go.
We are ready done in this country, only the grace of God can take us out of this.
Have you been to mararaba in nasarawa state. It is sharing border with Abuja, people are still crowded there like locusts and the said church is still in that same area.
Buses from there entering abuja refused to reduce their passenger payload or provide any form of santiziers.
The painful part is that my babe refused to go into lockdown mode with me.
