i do believe bankers should be paid worth the time they spend @ work because its a risky job and as such the pay should be encouraging enough else you get a lot of little mistakes due to fatigue,stress and other forms of mental disturbance. more so those in the marketing department should be well catered for because its equally a very risky job which has taken a lot of banking souls. @ least #200-300k monthly should do.

Concerning being posted to a good place, hmmm, let me see, with the experience I have, NOTHING specifically works.
