Of course not! They move on to court with clear intentions! Of course anything can happen in the interim! They could get married later or not! But it does happen.

It's weird, but I liked them. I absolutely hated how CeeCee treated Tobi, but I used to pray that she will change and something could become of them.

They had chemistry, Telenovela standard chemistry, and if she was a better person to him, it could have worked.
