The same thing happened to my friend and I. We both did the 2500 day and night plan on the 5th of May only to discover our night plan of over 2.5gb each had been wiped off... We called and called, all they kept saying was it will be resolved without any changes... Even if they change their data plans should they wipe the data of those that have subscribed before then... It's not cool 5k gone within just a week. |
