If a state's GOP wants to file a suit against it's own state, the suit starts at a lower court first and -- with appeals -- ends up at the state's Supreme Court, not the Scotus.

Now guess how many State Supreme Court cases Trump has lost so far.

Originalistic or not, judges follow the constitution -- and according to that constitution, a state decides how to run it's election; even the federal government can do nothing about it.

I'd be surprised if even one Justice dissents when the lawsuit is thrown out.

What you are hearing is PA Supreme Court. The case was not totally dismissed! The emergency injunctive relief was....

Just twelve hours after it was filed, the US Supreme Court has officially put Texas's lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin on the docket, meaning the case will be heard.

This PA case was denied because much of what was in it was also in the larger case that Texas and 10+ other states filed. So instead of wasting time on the smaller case the larger case will be heard.

The case was put on the Docket at the United States Supreme Court, where Texas will sue a number of states for conducting "Constitutionality Unlawful Elections", and corrupting a Federal Election.

Again, they are not going to rule on the injunction. The case is still pending. In a nut shell, Texas and other states have suits filed against the five problem states. We are better then good.

All these cases are meant to keep YOU, the voters in a state of confusion. Look at the bigger picture, we want a bigger and bolder case, Using entire states holds up better ...And ten other states are joining Texas. The fraud in PA MI WI AZ affects ALL US citizens.

Texas doesn't have any legal ground to stand on. According to the constitution, states get to choose how to run their own elections; this is why the courts allowed Texas to get away with drastically reducing the amount of ballot drop boxes in the state to suppress democratic votes.

Scotus is sure to throw Texas's lawsuit out. But everyone with a brain knows while that lawsuit was filed. The attorney general of Texas has been under investigation by the FBI for some time now. There's every chance he filed this bogus lawsuit -- which he knows will go nowhere -- in a veiled attempt to beg his master for a presidential pardon.

The Osogbo weed you sold to me fah? Let me tell you how it works, an Appeal Court is not for retrial, so they don't usually take new evidence. The Appeal Court just checks the technicality of the ruling of the Lower Courts and if they reason no errors were made on technical grounds they will uphold but if they reason there were technicality errors, then they nullify the previous verdict of the Lower Court. But the Supreme Court can do a retrial.

I didn't have your time earlier today because I was at work.

There are 3 ways by which a case can reach the US Supreme Court (Scotus); we'll talk about one.

Certiorari, which means "to inform". This is used to inform Scotus that one would like federal circuit court's decision reviewed. This is the method Trump has used to elevate some cases to the Scotus.

Now, if Scotus decides to hear the case, both parties argue the case again with the same evidence as before. No new evidence is allowed. According to 35 U.S.C. Section 145, new evidence is only allowed to presented for Patent application cases.

So, I say it again: if by some miracle Scotus decides to involve itself in this political $hitstorm, it'll most likely laugh Trump's suit out of court like the lower courts did. Remember: Team Trump, despite what they say on Tv, aren't alleging fraud in their lawsuits, neither do they have any evidence to suggest that fraud took place, but they're still praying for millions of ballots to be thrown out for no reason.
