No solution yet bro. I'm in my third year with this same problem. After countless scans, physical exams and urinalysis, I don surrender to God. If opportunity presents itself, na to seek alternative treatment abroad.

I have the pixel 8. It doesn't overheat. You can go for the 7pro. Seems pixel pro versions have bigger screen. The only issue I have with the phone is the resell value and it's because pixel phones are not popular like Samsung and iPhone in Nigeria.

Both are good, they still have years and years of Google Updates. But if you can get the Pixel 8 that will give far more years of Google Updates than the 7(both phones have 5 years of Updates). Then concerning the heating , it is not a common issue and depends very much if you are a heavy gamer. By heavy gamer I mean if you are someone who play games for hours on your phone. But if you are not, then you not experience any hearing issue but then this issue was more on the Pixel 6 variants because they newly introduced the new Google Tensor processor. But they have greatly improved the Processor in the 7,8 and 9 versions. I have not experienced it on my Pixel 5, though I am not a heavy gamer. I have not seen anybody who got the Google Pixel and not overjoyed. It is phone that will give you Great Value and No stress. Go for the 8 if you can top up the Money but if you cannot, 7 is still a great experience.
NOTE: Being a Google product, you will get newer updates Many months ahead before even the Newest Samsung phones. I still receive some updates on Pixel 5 even when it has exhausted it's cycle. Nothing feels old on this 5 years old device.

Avoid Samsung s20,21,22 and 23 if you don't want to buy the phone twice (I mean if your screen develops any issue, the phone and the screen cost same price).
Those that suggested you should rather go for pixel know what they're saying.

Google Pixel is your best bet. The phone will deliver for you. Those Samsung whether A series or S series, are full of screenline issues. Pixel are strong and tough, highly optimized and very smooth to handle. This is coming from a Pixel 5 user and a Samsung runaway user.
