Job Summary:
The Finance and Administration Assistant will facilitate the efficient and effective financial/administrative operation of CTL operational office. She will ensure compliance with all CTL Operations Handbook Manual (OHB) alongside policies, procedures, guidelines and rules. The incumbent will seek and receive policy guidance/ instructions and support from Head of Finance and administration Officer on their respective areas of responsibilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Finance Roles:
• Implement financial policies and procedures.
• The jobholder will also ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the cash books on a daily basis.
• Process approved payments of supplier / service provider invoices on the basis of complete documentation.
• Prepare schedules for all taxes withheld or paid on a monthly basis.
• Provide support in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual CTL reports
• Support to adequately prepare for both internal and independent audits.
• Supervise scanning of vouchers and supporting documents and sees that proper filing is done in accordance with acceptable filing system.
• Reconcile the accounts payables.
• Accurately prepare the necessary documents, compile source documents and daily postings of all the paid transactions in the cash books.
• Reconcile the accounts receivables/advances and Issue receipts for all the funds received.

Administrative Tasks:
• A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
• Managing office stock and preparing reports
• Organizing company records.
• Ensure a proper filing system is put in place at FO level for any Contracts in a separate file, using a chronological sequencing of contracts per project.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate must possess:

A Bsc degree in Accounting, Finance or any related fields.
Have completed NYSC
Have at least one year experience
Proficient use of Excel, Word and other office suites
Multitasking skills.
Good numerical skills
Excellent communication skills.

Our company seeks to recruit a skilled and experienced candidate to fill the position of a Driver

Responsibilities:

The driver shall strictly observe traffic rules and regulation and maximum speed.
The driver shall maintain assigned vehicles always clean and in good condition, necessary maintenance such as washing and /or cleaning of assigned vehicles shall be done and scheduled properly for the convenience of the client.
The driver shall be responsible for the routine check-up of the vehicles, routine check-up to include but not limited to oil, brake function, water, lights & tire condition and the likes.
The driver shall endeavour to give attention of the client or its passenger whenever or wherever, and must always be at sight of the clients.
The driver shall always drive the vehicles safely and comfortably and must exercise defensive driving while on the road to prevent accident. Reckless driving shall be sufficient ground for driver’s recall and consequently be a cause of termination.
The driver shall observe strictly the company rules and regulation, policies and directives and instruction of the company.


Qualifications and Requirements:

2- 3 years experience
Have a valid professional class driver’s license
Driver must be well behaved at all times

We are an indigenous telecommunications and ICT consulting company with a young and dynamic workforce.
We deliver ICT services to our clients cutting across both the private and public sectors. We require the services of a Graduate/Trainee Engineer.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Field Engineer Trainee assists and supports other Engineers and Specialists on the job. Training is hands-on with focus on Telecommunications installations, reporting , and contract management.

Successful Field Engineer Trainees will be trained on how to install, commission, maintain and manage telecommunications networks.. They will be personally committed to continuous improvement.


Responsibilities :

Develop competency to perform operations and operate equipment as assigned, and be accountable for jobs assigned.

Provide pre- and postjob support to engineers and specialists on the field.

Contribute to preparation of as-built drawings, job reports etc.

Participate in post-job debriefings.

Oversee movement of equipment, manpower and tools to and from sites.






QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Minimum of second Class upper BSC/B.Eng degree, or HND(Upper credit)[i][/i] in a Electrical Electronic Engineering from an accredited institution.
PC proficiency. good knowledge of ICT, Self-motivated, Goal-getter, Self-Confidence, Proactivity
Product Knowledge, Good verbal and written communication skills.

AGE RANGE:
Age range: 21-26 years.
