Is there anyway I can control nervousness/fear. Its really a pain in my ass. I unconsciously get nervous. Even when driving or doing something else. Each time I try to control myself, I found out that I cant. My wife is not finding it funny. I have the challenge of lost of memory these days. I am in my early thirties of which the memory lost is not due to old age. Although I work in off shore I dont know if is the cause of it but Ive got colleagues that dont have this challenge. I need advice on what to do to overcome this challenge cos its now a threat to my marriage. My wife is not taking it lightly with me. I always forget , important, sensitive and critical things we discussed. I also forget important things concerning my personal and work issues that I'm supposed to do. This has gotten out of hand. I need help its very annoying, disappointing and humiliating.
