Do you love to suck the bre@sts of a lactating woman during s*x? This may seem harmless but do you know her HIV status? If you’re the type of woman who sucks dry a man after s*x, you may be exposing yourself to high risks of contracting HIV!

The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a lentivirus that causes HIV infection and over time acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). Experts have warned that HIV can be transmitted in the s*xual fluids, blood or breast milk of an infected person.

This is because, in addition to many other avenues through which people can become infected with HIV, these two activities, though they give pleasure, can get you infected with HIV if your partner is infected! Here are 3 ways you can protect yourself:

1. Abstinence for youth, including the delay of s*xual debut and abstinence until marriage.

Trump, and I also salute Hillary Clinton for conceding. Having taking this route myself, I know it takes great self sacrifice and shows her strength of character.

I am very encouraged by Mr. Trump’s words in his victory speech where he said “It is time for us to come together”. This is true not only for America, it is also true for the world at large. “Finally, I must say that the conduct of the American people during the election was most commendable, as they agreed to disagree and now they are agreeing to unite. They have my best wishes as they carry out this process and may God bless their efforts.”

Celebrities / Breaking: EFCC Refused Going After MMM Says It’s Legal by naijafold(m): 3:39pm On Nov 10, 2016
However, Tropage reported that there are indications that EFCC may not be able to go after MMM promoters as they see them as people going about their own personal and private business which is not illegal. According to their reporter from a source in EFCC,

MMM is not an unlawful business as such we cannot go after the promoters of MMM. Our questions to the National Assembly is ” What are we going to charge the promoters of MMM for? What law have they violated? What money has the system stolen?. All these and many more are questions that we need to consider before taking any actions. MMM does not have any office in the country where we can go and ask for details about their activities. So our hands are tight.

Tropage also noted that their source also went further to state that people who participate in MMM are doing so at their own risk. As such they would have themselves to blame for any negative outcome. It is not for us to tell them what to do with their money. Just as we do not stop people form investing on any legal business venture, we can not stop people from participating in MMM.

Romance / Places You Should Never Touch Your Woman During S*x by naijafold(m): 6:54pm On Mar 17, 2016
Here are four spots you should never touch your woman during s*x unless she tells you to do so, if not you might spoil her mood and ruin the show. These four places are no go area, according toMenshealth.
1. Her cervix.
If you reach her cervix during s*x, recognize that something is wrong. Remember, this is the narrow canal that connects the vag!na to the uterus—where babies grow. That isn’t a place you want to go, so don’t knock on the door. For starters, it’s painful for her to have something rammed against her cervix, and it could be a sign that you need to shift for a position with shallower penetration. But it could also mean that she isn’t warmed up enough. Her uterus will actually “lift” upwards when she’s s*xually aroused, making her vag!na! cavity a few inches deeper than when she isn’t turned on. So don’t skimp on pre-intimacy, and don’t service her cervix.

2. The head of her clitoris.
This might seem counterintuitive, but the clitoris—which is full of super sensitive nerve endings—can sometimes feel too intense when it’s stimulated directly. Touching the clitoris head-on, especially if she’s really aroused, can feel too severe. Think about that feeling when you gulp an ice-cold beverage and your teeth start to tingle—it’s just not pleasant. Instead, try going for the shaft of her clitoris or rubbing circles around it, which will engage the nerve endings without overstimulating her. We won’t tell you to never touch her there, but it’s worth checking in with your partner to see if she has a sensitive C-spot.
3. Her feet.
Especially if she’s sporting socks. A study from Johns Hopkins University showed that wearing socks in the sack can increase orgasm potential, for both men and women. One potential reason: In order to orgasm, women need to be totally relaxed and anxiety-free, and cold feet can interfere with their ability to really get into s*x. Though we usually recommend knocking her socks off, leave them on this time.
4. Her anus.
Unless you’re all lubed-up, that is. Anal play can take plenty of warming up, but even when she’s totally aroused and ready to get it on, nothing should go in there without a generous helping of lubricant. The anal opening is small enough that even a finger can feel uncomfortable. While you’ve got the KY bottle handy, you should probably go ahead and use it for all other acts. A study from the Journal of S*xual Medicine found that women rate their s*xual satisfaction much higher when lube is involved. For even more s*x and relationship tips—A LOT MORE!—check out The Men’s Health Big Book of S*x. It’s packed with everything you need to know—from how to last longer in bed to the best s*x positions to the secrets to satisfying her every single time.
