Notorious Female Criminal Caught Red-handed With Gun and Bullets The pregnant woman is said to be a notorious criminal It was drama Today Thursday morning a dreaded female criminal and her boyfriend were nabbed in Nyeri County area of Kenya while concealing a gu and some bullets in a bag. Kenyans reported that Vannesa Wambui alias Tisho and Alex Mathenge were apprehended by officers who had received a tip-off about a couple that was behaving suspiciously. It was gathered that the two had boarded a matatu bus at one of the Nyeri bus termini but alighted after sighting police officers. Wambui and Mathenge then proceeded to a different bus stop where they boarded a Nanyuki-bound bus unaware that plain clothes detectives were on their trail. Passengers in the bus revealed that the woman had some clothes wrapped in a leso and sat on her handbag as if trying to conceal something. they didn't know the bag of clothes contained bullets and a gun. “They picked the back seat and the woman sat on her handbag which is very unusual,” one of the passengers stated. Confirming the incident, Nyeri OCPD Masai Makau described the female suspect as one of the dreaded criminals going by her nickname, Tisho. “She does not appear to be a criminal but she is one of the most feared. There is a likelihood that many more women have been inducted into criminal gangs,” said Makau. The police boss added that the arrest was a major win in the fight against crime since the couple is suspected to have orchestrated several robberies in the County.

This morning the court judgment favoured Suraju against his wife, he therefore unleashed terror on his
wife to forcefully take away his daughter from his wife right In front of the court, during the serious fighting that turned riot in the area, Suraju beat his wife to coma and took away his daughter.

Another Officer of the corps who witnessed the fracas and attempted to take a snap with his phone, Suraju immediately ordered his security men against the officer, he was beaten mercilessly and nakedly.

Appeal court, Abuja, has dismissed
the appeal by James Faleke,
challenging the election of Gov.
Yahaya Bello of Kogi State.
Justice Jummai Sankey noted that
according to Section 221 of the
Nigerian constitution, only the part
could canvass for votes.
She explained that the constitution
does not recognise independent
candidature, so Faleke could not lay
claims to the number of votes polled
before the demise of Audu and before
the election was concluded.
“So it may be said that he is not a
candidate,” Sankey said.
The judge also held that Faleke was
only joined to Audu after the
primaries had been concluded, but
Bello, whom the APC chose,
participated in the primary election
that produced Audu as candidate.
Sankey also added that the nominatio
of Bello to replace the late Audu
did not contravene the constitution
or the electoral act.
In June, the election petition
tribunal dismissed Faleke’s bid to
topple Bello, holding that Faleke
could not be declared governor
because he did not participate in th
APC primary.
Halima Mohammed, justice of the
tribunal who delivered the judgment,
held that Faleke was not nominated
by the APC as its substantive
candidate in the governorship
election.
She stated that the APC was right to
have nominated Bello to replace the
late Audu as its candidate in the
December 2015 supplementary election
However, Mohammed held that Faleke
remained the valid deputy governor o
the state because there was no
evidence to show that he wrote to
his party withdrawing his candidatur
as deputy governor, as required by
law.
