The same American media shows Nigeria and other African countries as poverty stricken and a continent in need of mercy. Patrick Sawyer and "American Citizen" has fallen sick and contacted Ebola, all of a sudden Nigeria becomes the country with best medical facility in the world.

It Amazes me that American Citizen will run to Nigeria to be treated. So when an America has a curable disease, they go to America for treatment. When it is an incurable on Nigeria becomes the best destination for treatment .

I know Spain sent an airbus to carry their citizen. Why didn't America send for sawyer ?
