Go to the NIMC office and reason with the person on the desk that you need the change to be effected in an apt time. Also, that its for your passport and you urgently need the passport for something. Like I said "reason with the person" na you need something.

For those asking about how they can put allowance of 2 games to cut while they collect something or in betting language 'perming', select your game normally, then click on 'combine', you will see different 'fold' assuming you selected 10 games, you will see 9 fold, 8 fold, 7 fold. The meaning of those fold is the minimum number of games you predict to green. Assuming you click on 8 fold, it means you want minimum of 8 to green out of your 10 games. Now you will see a box before each fold, put 2 naira in that fold, now scroll down to where you normally put amount you want to stake to know the minimum amount you will need to play it. It could be 100 naira or 250 or more depending on the number of your games and the fold you picked. I did some screenshot of these explanation but it won't upload.
