If they had been driving Bugatti Veyron or Rolls Royce phantom, it will be a different story.

When you drive cheap cars, you pay low tax.
You drive expensive cars, you pay high tax.
Don't forget these guys mentioned above are ALL FOREIGNERS, they still pay "Non-citizen" TAX.
