Fashion / Re: How To Use Rollers Set On Your Natural Hair (4c Natural Hair) by NanaBarns: 11:42am On Mar 18, 2020
Nice article. I was looking for something like this. But would this work for other types of hair like 3c or 4b? I'm asking because me and my sisters have these types of hair. I was looking through various hair rollers versus curl iron reviews and think that detangling comb is a must for anyone who wants to keep beautiful natural hair.

Properties / Re: 6 Ways To Get Rid Of Rats In Your Home by NanaBarns: 2:20pm On Feb 18, 2020

Set rat traps

Place various traps at different strategic places to either catch the rats alive or kill them immediately.

Before setting the traps, make sure you eliminate all their food sources. This is important because naturally, rats are wary of unknown objects on their established foraging paths. This scepticism can make trapping a rat particularly difficult for a homeowner. So making them hungry would make them take the bait. It is important you handle the dead rats carefully. This is because they can expose you to health risks.

Use ultrasonic pest repellents

Rats hate sounds. Use this to your advantage. The idea of using sounds to drive rats away was first used by the Chinese 5000 years ago. So this is a proven way to get rid of rats in your home because rats are so sensitive to sounds. Installing an ultrasonic device can emit sounds that can drive rodents away by making them confused, convulse or even die. Fortunately, the sounds are not detectable by human ears.

Thanks for this article. It's still relevant nowadays. Though I could say you can deal with moderate infestation without a pest control service.
Using various traps and ultrasonic repellents should definitely work from my experience. I would recommend spreading rat baits in every corner of your house and yard as well. Several traps consist of bait which smells good for rodents and attracts them very fast. The rest is just a matter of time, consider it the best way to deal with those little pests.
Food / Geting Into Pizzamaking. Some Recomendations? by NanaBarns: 2:24pm On Nov 05, 2019
Pizza is a universal thing and I got some nice idea to create a mobile pizza curt.

I want to start a kind of little business making pizza here and there, cheap and tasty. Kind of hotdog cart but wit the pizza.
Getting things together isn't easy, but unless I'm spending money (I'm at the planning phase, as to say) everything's ok and I decided to explore at least.
I've already found some useful instruction for the beginners and It looks a bit scary -- right here: https://www.moneycrashers.com/how-to-start-food-truck-business-plan/

Though, the next thought was that I could start from something smaller and maybe something with which I can practice a bit.
So here I've found a review about portable pizza ovens which seems very fitting for my purpose.
https://pizzaovenradar.com/c/pizza-oven-reviews/ But there's the question about which oven gonna fit better and how to place it at all.

Thinking about ovens brought me back to carts research and I ended up stuck on YouTube between two examples (of course I'd wanted to get something like this).

This:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gNbPenq1baY

and this:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGpSq26lOUY

Still, there's a lot of things needed to be managed but for now, there are only two things that bother me the most: Which oven to pick and How to get a cart like in that videos that I added.

Family / Re: My Pregnant Girlfriend Wants Abortion. How Do I Convince Her To Keep It? by NanaBarns: 4:11pm On Oct 24, 2019
This kind of problem appears primarily because of a lack of information and fear. Can you afford to support her? Can you afford to provide everything she and her baby needs? Do you even know what she and her child will need? Do you know anything about pregnancy and motherhood? If you know at least those things that mentioned on this site? If you do, then congrats! You and your girlfriend will be able to go through troubles and find your happiness, and conwinthing her will be just a question of time and sincere, patient talk with some explainings and discussion. If not -- go and research! If you're not ready then bringing a child unprepared will be cruel to all of you. And use condoms or something. angry

Jokes Etc / Re: Crazy Unknown Facts About The Drum Kit by NanaBarns: 2:50pm On Aug 29, 2019
That's quite a good list of facts you made here, Both interesting and funny grin I enjoyed it very much.
I'm mostly a bass player but I play drums too. My drum kit is made for beginners but I rebuilt and improved it a little. Now I'm planning to buy one of these pedals. Can you suggest me to get right one? Because I don't know anything about these, but I'm curious to try. Anyway, great list, keep going with posts like this!

The problem with commuting around Lagos on the regular ‘Okada’

Okadas are unregulated in Lagos state. Anyone can simply wake up in the morning with little or no training, hop on these two-wheeled bikes and start ferrying passengers from point A to Point B. They do not use a helmet, they over speed and they disobey traffic rules. Ultimately, they are prone to fatal and deadly accidents.

Yes! Yes! I'm so mad about such guys neglecting all the safety rules and traffic rules. As an experienced motorcycle and car owner, I'm tired to see this every day. People are so irresponsible these days. For example, getting both good and affordable moto helmet and glasses is just a matter of minutes. Here check this review for comparison. Nowadays there are ones for each head size and shape, with different colors and designs. Why not just spend a few minutes just reading info about these? It might save your life someday.

Hiking in Ekiti-State
THE NECESSARY “10S”

Closed-Toe Shoes-Light easy to move and run shoes, preferably sneakers. You don’t want a shoe that will drag you behind your hiking mates, do you? For ladies sandals, high heels are terrible ideas for hiking, no cat walk in hiking.
Comfortable Clothing– A light t-shirt and probably trousers that you’re comfortable with, I have gone hiking once and someone wore full traditional regalia, he probably must have mistaken hiking for a wedding.
Insect Repellent– Insect especially mosquitoes and soldier ants are never friendly especially during long hike in dense forests (like the hike to Owu falls in Kwara State), if you have insect repellents apply to skin, clothing, or other surfaces to discourage insects . A soldier ant in your pants is a ticking time bomb waiting to explode.
Camera-Yeah be it phone camera, a DSLR camera, just come along with one. You need to capture those wonderful memories and of course you will also want to “pepper” your friends after the hike.
Sunscreen
Power bank- You surely need this! What happens when just as you are about to capture a fascinating moment your battery beeps low?
Water bottle and Snack Pack– You will get dehydrated and hungry for sure, always go with a water bottle and a snack pack.
And of course a Good mood- Keep your bad mood under your pillow, come hiking with smiles, spread your laughter around as it’s contagious

Thanks for sharing this report. I would suggest reading this for everyone who's going hiking or camping these days. Choosing proper gear is essential for your travel because otherwise, you will probably feel discomfort or even get injured. Nobody definitely wants that! Your section about choosing shoes is nice, but I would also recommend getting a pair of good warm socks. According to this page, there are different types of it specially designed for different weather and humidity.
Carrying extra batteries for your phone and flashlight is also worth considering.

I will try the pap. Please can you tell me how you prepared yours? I think i will prefer doing it myself too instead of buying from market.
About the diaper, i have not used huggies before. I only used molfix and then switched to Finrosy since fake molfix filled market. I guess you continue with the Huggies, and apply barrier cream (i use blueseal vaseline). Watch out if d rashes are increasing. if yes, discontinue it, but if not, continue and finish it since you said its a gift. i guess its just a pack.

Good point. I was making ones too for a while, but that's so exhausting and I decided to switch back to those from the supermarket. I'm not using notorious Nigerian Huggies, I prefer looking for real ones.
I like them, no problems with it except that I can't find the proper diaper bag. Can you suggest me choosing one of these? It should be lightweight and has many pockets.

I looked through this thread and think some of you might help me. Any thoughts on Kohler toilet models like Highline and Wellworth? I like those but would it fit in a small apartment? I checked this review and think one of these might fit. Any thoughts? Any advice?
Health / Re: Five Things That Are Attracting Insects And Pests To Your House. by NanaBarns: 10:31am On Jul 26, 2019
Nice post, but I would also mention dust. Mites love dust and that's why you should change your bed regularly, once or even twice per week if you live in dusty areas as I do. Flies, which I would call another annoying insect species, are just everywhere in the area where I live now. I have installed some fly traps as the article on pestcontrolhacks says, I mean both indoors and outdoors, and it seems they finally left me and my family alone.
Gaming / Re: Suggest Me A Good Online Game by NanaBarns: 2:48pm On May 24, 2019
Online games are so exhausting. I prefer playing single-player modes only, I also prefer old games like Vice City or San Andreas. That's great they have released it on mobile devices. All I need is just to get grand theft auto apk and I'm ready to play. Too bad they don't make games like this anymore.
