July this year I was invited for a Graduate Attachment Programme by NDE. We were told we would be paid stipends of 20k per month in a period of 3 months. The program concluded September 30th and till date I have not seen any payment from CBN as they claim. I know the stress I passed through in the play I was attached to.

It's just sad I wasted t-fare a lot of effort in preparation for this. It's just not fair.
