Yeah it all begins with self love. When he loves himself he will be more confident, have good and healthier relationships with people around him, boost self esteem, reduce stress and anxiety that's eating him up already, better self-care and improvement, helps him create better and stronger boundaries, become less dependent on external validation, allowing him to be his authentic self and pursue greatness to mention a few. Nobody is coming to save anyone but yourself and all those his errors you mentioned can be corrected by self love. So he is fine and can begin to live fully by loving himself

How do i love myself…

No it’s not like i long to be in company of others. Right from my childhood days. I would rather i remained indoors all through than to have anything to do with people.

The first step will be to make money, make load of money.

On a more serious it’s easier for men really. Just make sure you keep your hygiene and personal grooming up.

Look clean and always smell good good, oral hygiene matters. Brush twice a day and floss atleast once a day and shower twice a day.

Fix your teeth if it ain’t already and have a teeth whitening schedule. There’s whitening strips you can use at home as well. A nice white teeth plays a huge role in your appearance. So make sure your teeth is right.


Have a maintenance schedule for your hair cut

Keep fit join a gym at least 4 days a week.


Have a basic skin care routine

Face wash
Moisturiser
And sunscreen


And for your body a good moisturising body lotion.


Also build your wardrobe up slowly with only great pieces you really love like that you will have no choice but to look good everyday.


As for the friends part, don’t rush it, I can confidently tell you that friends are overrated. Just look after yourself well love yourself join a gym and take up some hobbies you enjoy doing people will naturally gravitate towards you.


Last but not least self confidence is key you have to build up your confidence. Because you could be the most good looking person without confidence you wouldn’t even know or believe in yourself. Confidence is key.

Okay on this I have been struggling with even looking attractive to myself. Talk more of other people finding me attractive.
Tho I'd blame it lack of money or little money to purchase good clothing's and accessories.

Or probably low self confidence

This day I look so underweight tho the past years have been of a great struggle to me.

Thank God I have a job now.

Are you an only child?

These things you mentioned is usually associated with only child.

What you actually need is cultivating meaningful relationships.

But get this right...... regardless of what you do... You are going to get judged.

Being introverted comes with it's own baggages..... Lack of people skills.

I have tried to make got relationship but. It dies

Good afternoon...
I am a chronic introverted guy.
But I tend to not have good relationship with people.
I suffer a times from low self esteem.
Though, I am not rich. Still trying to make money.

I have observed something about myself over the years, I tend to over react to what people say about me.

Perhaps because of my personality some people tend to take me for a ride. This doesn't go down well with me. I tend to over react to it of which at the end of the day I get blamed.
An instance was when I was in discussion with somebody and the person saidI don't even know anything that I am a dullered that how did I finish school etc. I didn't want to react but he persist. Though he was older, I had to react violently toward him. We engaged in verbal and even physical fight.
He triggered my anger.
At the end of the day the whole community blame me.


I am easy going but I tend to not have full grip of my self control.

And it's affecting my relationship with people and it's affecting my confidence in life.
I have prayed and fasted about this.
I have called on the holy spirit
But I am still not at the level of a good relationship with people.

What can I do.

I tend to always hate myself after I have overreacted some times I have thoughts of suicide.
