July this year I was invited for a Graduate Attachment Programme by NDE. We were told we would be paid stipends of 20k per month in a period of 3 months. The program concluded September 30th and till date I have not seen any payment from CBN as they claim. I know the stress I passed through in the play I was attached to.

Why has this government refused to pay as they promised?

They will pay you but that money has been fixed to yield interest before it will be paid.

And on a second thought, they may even pay between N45000-50000.
