It happens, you probably overworked yourself, just take it easy for the next day or two, lie down as much as you can. You can mention them to your doctor to your doctor at your next appointment but they are normal pregnancy related pains

My dear pregnancy comes with its own package. This is my 3rd preg and I didn't experience much with the 1st two but this one from day 1 till now 36wks+ I have not been myself. From weakness to bumbum pain to pressure down there. Cramps nko that one likes happening in the presence of people it ll just hold my leg and I ll start battling with it and people ll think am in labour. My step changed as if I was due from 27thwk and since then I stopped going to the market because I can't walk well. But some have subsided Now End of discussion. What you are experiencing is normal just rest well and it will surely end in praise

Funny enough I wasn't scared when I had my first baby...I had all d courage I need,watched lots of birth videos before hand sef just to prepare myself.my labor lasted 5hours,deliverd my daughter with no tear atall. but with my second pregnancy naw eehnn... D kind fear in me no get part two o.my urge for sex is dead n gone... N lots of people says sex do help the vagina stretch.my sister in Christ as I speak to you now....my index finger cannot go in without me feeling pain

My first I laboured for almost three days,my second everything was done within four hours, what were the reasons for it,find it and deal with it.my was so long because of fear and serious jjc,with this forum there are lots of things to learn to help shorten labour and all,relax and put God in charge, you will be fine.

Hurray, 3rd trimester is here finally. We thank you Lord. Just like yesterday. We're here, closer to holding our cute LOs. We can't thank d almighty enough. We should be in our 28th, 29th, 30th, and 31st week now. Honeymoon is finally over. It's getting real with the fatigue, pressure, stronger kicks and BH contractions.

I hope we are attending our ante natal classes and taking our supplements.

Shopping nko? I hope you're doing it already. Mama Messyodi already opened floor. I pray God provides us with finances to be able to carry out this task.

Please if i missed out on anyone or anything, please call my attention.

Dont also forget to do shakara with your bump o. Pls enjoy it while it lasts. Enjoy all previliges that comes with it.Don't go around tying wrapper even at home. Show hubby what you've got

My own vigilante started since last month. I'm used to not sleeping at night now so when he finally arrives, I won't even feel it. It's seriously affecting me cos I have puffy eyes now. When I lie on my left he kicks and kicks. Right Nko? Another set of punches and kicks. I observed something tho, I was told baby is on the right side but I feel his kicks on the left, middle and right side of d belly. Pls, is this normal? Can one baby be kicking both left, middle and right?

Amen o. Wow! 25weeks...thats a Snr baby o. Nice one. I'm heading to 22weeks by Monday we will be 22weeks but you need to see d way my baby kicks. I don't even have access to my own belle again, any attempt to scrub while bathing nag serious kick go follow. I can't sleep at night again until he sleeps in d morning say around 4am. His kicks get bsc, you'll be seeing it with your eyes. The kicks makes my belle shift always...may God continue to be with us all. I plan doing a video soon, una go laugh tire.
