I also applied to FBN in August. Got an email to complete the Data Form but later got this mail

Dear CANDIDATE,

We write to inform you that we are in receipt of your employment data form and it is being processed accordingly. As soon as we have vacancies that match your competencies we will contact you.

Thank you for your interest in First Bank of Nigeria Plc.

Also received an acknowledgement after submission. Do you have banking experience? In the mail they also indicated that they would contact me when they have suitable vacancies, is that what was in yours too?

Received a mail advising me to complete an Employment Data Form. Was that what you received?

@Fortune444, thats true I believe its automated-a friend got both the automated one and the one from the address that invited us for test and interviews
@Lapazarian, please when did U get your invite?When did U do your structured interviews and what position?

@Fortune444, I just got the automated rejection mail after midnight this morning! And today is exactly 120 days since I applied! The mail was NOT from the address that invited us for Test and Interviews.

@Fortune444, the rejection mails were personalized.They were from the same email address that invited us for the Selection Tests and Structured Interviews. I am more than confident that those of us who attended the interviews and havent yet been contacted would be called for the presentation. How many of U attended the interviews?

@Fortune, R U in touch with the other candidates who were interviewed with U to know if they have been contacted?? When I was interviewed we were 10 and 4 of them have confirmed to me that they got rejection mails last week

@Saddik, when did U get the rejection mail?? I was told rejection mails were sent to ALL unsuccessful candidates on friday-not sure how true.
@Johns009, what was the format of your presentationWhat type of topics were U 2 choose from and how many people were in the panel?

@Jah Man, thanks a million. That was very educative. So it means one has to have an open mind as per the presentation. Any idea if mails fron presentations have started going out? I applied for JV Accountant.

@Ejiro4ng, lots of people have been interviewed already! I was interviewed on the 19th and pray they call me for the next stage

@Anybabe, do U have an idea if some people have been called for Panel Presentations and the format for such presentations??

@anybabe, the online test just had sentences and U had to indicate the most likely and least likely ones that describe your behaviour
@fortune444 all I was told was that medicals would take place in september after a presentation

Interview was in 4 stages. I met with HR staff who asked basic interview questions;then line mgrs who asked technical questions based on my present job role; then met thier consultant from France and later did an online test.

just finished interview for JV Accountant. Hoping for the best

any idea what an OPQ test is?

i sat for a test in PH for the post of JV Accountant on 26th July and was invited for an interview that would take place on 19th August. Any idea how the interview format is?
