People's Front was the political association of General Shehu Musa Yar'Adua. It was created in 1989 when General Ibrahim Babangida's administration asked politicians to form political associations. President Babangida cancelled the political associations in 1990 and created two parties, NRC and SDP. Members of the People's Front joined the SDP. Members of the People's Front included Atiku Abubakar, Baba Gana Kingibe, Bola Tinubu, Sabo Bakin Zuwo (who died shortly after the association was formed), Wada Abubakar, Abdullahi Aliyu Sumaila, Abubakar Koko, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and Umaru Musa Yar'Adua. |
ShaqFu:The big diamond in the crown that the Queen wore was from South Africa (there are lots of other jewels in the crown). I'm not sure if King Charles will wear the same crown. |
ShaqFu:Queen Elizabeth II said that the crown that she wore at her coronation was very heavy and it gave her a headache. It had a lot of very heavy jewels in it. |

Troops have been rehearsing for the coronation by marching through the streets of London in the middle of the night. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7CUVKiXpkC4 Commonwealth troops have also been rehearsing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1fUX0LyJwp4 Royal fans have been camping on the streets for days in order to get a good spot to watch the royal procession as it goes by. Picture 1: The King's Troop, Royal Horse Artillery prepare to fire gun salutes. Picture 2: The King's Troop, Royal Horse Artillery firing a gun salute. Picture 3: A Royal Procession. Picture 4: The Gold State Coach. It will be used for the procession from Westminster Abbey to Buckingham Palace. Every monarch that has used it has complained about it. I remember watching a documentary in which Queen Elizabeth II complained about the uncomfortable ride in the coach.
