1) Once upon a time Nigerians often condemned Nigeria. This was in the 1980s. They often talked about how they could arrive airports in Europe and immediately board a train to their destination, yet in Nigeria they were left at the mercy of taxis and armed robbers.

The government of Nigeria is now doing what Nigerians demanded and the same Nigerians are condemning it for doing what they asked for.

That's why I advocate that government should ignore Nigerians and do what makes sense, because most Nigerians don't even know what they want.

2) This will not be the only rail link to airports.

Nigerians complained and government listened, so therefore:

The Red Line has a link to Murtala Muhammed Airport.

The Yellow Line will have a link to Murtala Muhammed Airport.

The Abuja Metro has a link to the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport.

I wonder why udemzyudex quoted me. Does he think that I view him as a sensible person?

That was the original plan (during the Tinubu and Fashola eras), but it was modified during the Ambode and Sanwo-Olu eras due to cost.
