Bitter truth is this: she couldn't have been in love with a guy just  by chatting with him on FB. Real love takes alot of physical connection. And that cannot just happen in less than 24hrs.

she was already in love with him before she met him physically duh and nope one doesn't need physical connection before you fall in love but you need physical connection to build a relationship but just falling in love no. I'n in love with someone I haven't met physically, it must have taken less than 48 hours before she bleeped him but love no she never said that did she?

@jenny its either you don't know the meaning of desperate or you haven't been truly in love but I will take it as you don't know the meaning of desperate, because its obvious, What exactly was she desperate for? and how exactly was she desperate?

@Natasha I am referring to the love between man and woman in a relationship and not "love" shared between aquantances, neighbours etc

the last time I checked she didn't say it took 48 hours for her to fall in love with him did she?   she is guilty of having sex with him on their first date but loving him no, we are not in total control of who, when or where we should fall in love

yep  you should just be careful  just see me advising someone how careful have I been? I know in life nothing happens for nothing every single thing we pass through is an essential step to our desire everything has a reason for happening some we do not know why because, in life there are more questions than answers, our ability to forge ahead no matter what is what gives the spark in life. It doesn't matter how you fall what matters is how you get up.

tx dear i knw i shld hv done dat the first day. I must tell u dat my last rship ended in Sept and we had s3x last July. Be4 i met ds guy, i had been wit 2 guys but it didnt work out. I must tell u i didnt hv s3x wit any of ds 2. There was one that was desperate to marry me. I wuld go to his house to sleep but NO S3X. So whn we finally broke up cos we aint compatible, i just moved on.
But whn i met ds guy, they way we used to talk on fone, it was as if we hv knwn each other for years. We wuld go back to the 90s and discuss so many tales. Whn we eventually met, i knw i wuld b able to resist him so i went for it.
I love him i wil say that again. I truly love him cos i gave him my heart and i have not regretted it.

That's good to know, I'know how you feel cos its happening to me right now I just fell in love with this guy and its as if I have known him for long and I have never seen him before we just chat and talk on phone I'm scared of expressing my feelings cos I don't wanna make mistakes. You  should try as much as possible to hold your jeans tight cos this days you hardly know who is sincere ok. I really think you should find a means and talk things over, if he gives a good reason for this you can still go ahead with him but if not then forget him and move on I know its difficult but try k

In this case these people met on a dating site, so first things first she has indirectly told the man that she is looking and is available. That in itself makes her vulnerable to players who just want to take advantage of the situation.

This is a good enough reason to take things one step at a time to get to know the person well before falling head over heels in love with him.

Under the circumstances, I don't think that a 48 hour meeting is long enough to really let your guard down so much as to fall  in love.

Don't get me wrong, love is one of these things that you cannot predict but we owe it to ourselves to protect ourselves from unnecessary heartbreak like what has happened here.

my dear you cannot care or feel  for someone you don't love even if its your next door neighbour although I know that the love you have for a neighbour is different from that of a partner but all in all its still love , to care for someone is to be very concerned about what happens to them, you can't care for someone you don't love my dear

@chaircover and jaybee Is love not a feeling? how can you say you can have feelings for someone but not love? love is a deep feeling of affection you have foe someone, in as much as I don't believ in love at first sight I know that a month is enough for you to fall in love with someone

I wont call it spy I will call it freedom of relationship its not a bad thing for one to go trough the partners phone I wouldn't have a problem if my future partner would do that.

awwwwwww baby its okay, If you truly love him that much I think you should find a way to meet him and talk things over with, he should let you know where you stand, And men you shouldn't have had sex with him on a first date gosh. I know sometimes we do crazy things when we are in love but it was just a first date gal.
