PoliticsRe: Lastma Officials Beat Bus Driver To Death by navygrl: 12:34pm On Sep 19, 2012
Reminds me of how lastma has the habit ok "kidnapping" humanitarian aid workers and demanding exorbitant amounts of compensation for their release without any traffic offense taking place. Aid workers are warned to avoid them at all costs before entering the country as well as to avoid "police"
Car TalkRe: What To Do If Your Car Is Stuck In Mud by navygrl: 10:30pm On Sep 18, 2012
Hmmm sorry but unless you drove into water more than 2 inches deep ( which can float a car if the current is stong enough ) or you already have sever damage to your engine, steep inclined will not flood your engine. Driving through deep water while stupid stalls out a car via blocking the air intake not the exhaust.
HealthRe: My Nephew Has Autism, How Do We Manage It? by navygrl: 1:58am On Sep 18, 2012
Autism is not a curse. A person with autism has a mind that functions on a diff level than other people. Some are incredibly intelligent (Einstein didn't speak till he was 7 and was autistic) others har highly empathic. Pet therapy has been shown to help best with the symptoms but your best option is to find what he excells at. Also note that those with low concentration tend to get bored easily and may need more challenging activities in their interest areas.
Foreign AffairsRe: Yemen Rejects US Marines At Embassy by navygrl: 7:27pm On Sep 17, 2012
sadly that region was home to the first recorded war and will more than likely be home to the last recorded war. That region hasn't seen a significant period of peace in over 4,000 years
Kobojunkie: Arab world getting heated fast? Contrary to what you may be aware of , the Arab world has been essentially constantly heated for the last 100 or more years. It has been back-to-back chaos/wars in many of those regions and honestly, I wonder how the people manage there. Since late 1800's you can trace down to 2012 . . . war/conflict after war/conflict. There is no reason to sensationalize what is going on in the Arab world today really.

You don't question scientific facts like what would happen when you go to a place with high or low pressure as you described. The answer is already tested and known.
FYI:
what may happen under the sea is the lungs may blast while it may contrast in outer space. But you do need oxygen tank in both cases to equalize the lung's pressure.
Have you now seen astronauts don't wear spacesuits because of pressure but radiation?
underwater your lungs collapse from increased pressure while in space they explode from decreased pressure. Without the pressure equalization of a space suit a person 2would litteraly burst from the fact there is no outside pressure to equalize the internal pressure of the body
CelebritiesRe: Neil Armstrong's Remains Buried At Sea. by navygrl: 3:54pm On Sep 17, 2012
Burial at sea is considered a high honor in Marian time tradition. He was a sailor to the core and had specified this as his chosen virtual long before he joins NASA back when he joined the navy. The difference between this burial and Osama was in the. bElief system. To a Muslim it is offensive, to a sailor it symbolizes being united with the mothers womb (the ocean)
Foreign AffairsRe: Yemen Rejects US Marines At Embassy by navygrl: 2:46pm On Sep 17, 2012
@lagosshia, in order to deport the film maker from the us he would have had to commit a crime which warrants deportation. He committed no crime therefore no grounds to expel him
Foreign AffairsRe: Yemen Rejects US Marines At Embassy by navygrl: 2:27pm On Sep 17, 2012
Ok, first off unless the us government produced/released a film, it has NOTHING to apologize for regardless if it was an independent film maker or time Warner or anyone in between, period. Second, if someone religious belief is soo weak that they riot because someone disagrees with them then they need to grow up and examine themselves as opposed to rioting. Its downright pathetic. The Arab world routinely critizies other areas and beliefs in their films yet I have yet to see a riot in Japan or Belgium or anywhere else for it. Third, pulling out an embassy/consolate is a huge undertaking. They are not there to form a "military presence", its a safe haven. When Canada pulled out they entered an agreement with the us embassies in those regions to accept Canadian citizens. Aid workers, med staff, teachers, contractors and business men count on the embassy as a place of protection, somewhere to go when things like this happen. Without Ann embassy or consulate groups like who, drs without borders and the traveling nurse guild won't go. Closing the embassies means pulling out all the foreign citizens or telling them stay at your own risk.
